Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Needle Knife Release Combined With Herbal Fumigation In The Treatment Of Cold And Dampness-blocking Thoracict And Dorsal Myofascitis

Objectives:This topic is mainly to observe the clinical effect of needle knife loosening combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of cold and dampness obstruction type thoracic and dorsal myofascitis,so as to demonstrate the effectiveness of the treatment scheme and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use of this therapy.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2022,60 patients with thoracic and dorsal myofascitis of cold-dampness arthralgia type were enrolled in the first Department of Bone,Anhui Acupuncture and Moxibustion Hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group was treated with needle knife loosening combined with herbal fumigation treatment,and the control group was treated with acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation treatment,with 30 cases in each group.VAS score,ODI score and BAI score were compared and clinical efficacy was evaluated before treatment,1 week after treatment and 1 month after treatment,and SPSS26.0 was used for data analysis.Results:VAS score,ODI score and BAI score in 2 groups were lower than before treatment at 1week and 1 month after treatment,and the decrease was more obvious in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.33% and83.33%,respectively,indicating that both groups were effective,but the overall clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(P <0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture knife loosening combined with herbal fumigation is effective in the treatment of cold and dampness-blocking thoracict and dorsal myofascitis,Moreover,it is superior to acupuncture therapy in improving patients’ pain,functional activities and anxiety symptom,which has the value of reference in clinical application.
