| 1 Objective:By measuring the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in postoperative drainage fluid and the levels of Hb,NLR and PLR in peripheral blood before and after treatment,we explored the effects of oral administration of Fuzheng Huayu drugs on the immune function and inflammatory response in patients undergoing radical mastectomy during the perioperative period,in order to further explore the possible efficacy of TCM in the intervention of perioperative period on postoperative recovery and prognosis of breast cancer.2 Methods:Thirty-one patients diagnosed as malignant breast tumors by histopathological examination were randomly divided into an observation group(n=15)and a control group(n=16).Sixteen cases of malignant breast tumors in the control group were treated with conventional surgery and routine treatment after operation,while on the basis of the former,15 cases in the observation group were additionally treated with Fuzheng Huayu oral medication after surgery.(1)Efficacy evaluation:After patients in two groups were intervened with different treatments,the changes of clinical symptoms,postoperative incision status,axillary drainage tube insertion time and drainage volume were observed,and then any differences between the two groups were compared.(2)Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to test the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in axillary drainage fluid of two groups,to compare the changes of Hb,NLR and PLR in peripheral blood before and after operation,and to count and analyze the efficacy of different interventions.3 Results:(1)Analysis of basic data:There was no significant bias in the age,course of disease,clinical stage,pathological type,anesthesia and surgical method of the patients between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Clinical symptom assessment:Local stress symptom scores:The differences of scores between the two groups were not significant on the 1st and 3rd day after operation(P>0.05);On the 3rd day after surgery,the symptoms of the control group were not significantly improved as compared with those on the 1st day(P>0.05),but the symptoms of the observation group were improved as compared with those before(P<0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,the symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the local stress symptom score of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Clinical effect:The time of axillary catheterization on the affected side was different between the two groups,and the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in axillary drainage between the two groups on the 1st and 3rd day after surgery(P>0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,the axillary drainage volume of the two groups was decreased compared with that on the 1st day(P<0.05),and the drainage volume of the observation group was less(P<0.05).(3)laboratory index evaluation:Before surgery,there was almost no difference in the levels of Hb,NLR and PLR in peripheral blood between the two groups(P>0.05);One week after surgery,the NLR levels of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the PLR levels increased(P>0.05).Besides,the Hb in the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05),while no significant change was noticed in the observation group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in PLR levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The NLR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Hb level in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the axillary drainage fluid between the two groups on the 1st day after surgery(P>0.05);On the 3rd and 7th day,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were gradually higher than before(P<0.05).Besides,inter-group comparison showed that on the 3rd day after operation,there was no significant difference in the level of IgA(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in IgG and IgM levels between these two groups,which were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).4 Conclusion:(1)BC patients treated with RM orally administered Fuzheng Huayu Decoction could effectively relieve the pain in the incision,improve the swelling at the incision margin,and reduce the exudation of the wound cavity,thereby shortening the time to place the tube,reducing the rejection reaction and promoting the incision healing.(2)Fuzheng Huayu therapy can play a certain anti-inflammatory role,alleviate inflammatory reaction,relieve blood loss and improve the prognosis of patients.(3)Humoral immunity is involved in the process of promoting postoperative wound repair and body recovery to some extent.And the strengthening of body resistance and resolving stasis method can improve the immune function of BC patients after surgery,and thus promote their postoperative recovery. |
