Observation Of Curative Effect Of Shenqi Jianxin Decoction On Chronic Heart Failure With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:The purpose of this study was to see the curative effect of SQJX decoction on patients with CHF(the type of blood stasis due to deficiency of qi).Obvervational index included the New York College of Cardiology(NYHA)cardiac function scale,relevant laboratory indicators,6-minute walking distance,TCM syndrome score,and Kansas City Cardiomyopathy marks.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of SQJX formula in the treatment of chronic heart failure by observing the changes of the above indexes.Methods:The study involved 60 patients who treated in Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023.According to random number table,the sick was divided into two sets,including control group and SQJX group,30 cases each.The control group was given western medicine treatment,and the SQJX group was given SQJX formula on the basis of standard western medicine treatment.The time of therapy was 8 weeks.The changes of indexes including NYHA functional class、NT-pro BNP、hs-CRP、LVEF、LVDd、LADs、6MWD、TCM syndrome score、Kansas City cardiomyopathy questionnaire score before and after treatment were compared between two arms.Results:1.There were no obvious difference in age,gender,BMI,course of disease,underlying diseases,vital signs,hepatic dysfunction,renal insufficiency and electrolytes between the two sets before treatment,so the two sets of patients were comparable(P>0.05).2.NYHA functional class: The total effective rate of the SQJX group was 93.33%,control set is 66.67%,SQJX group was notably better than control group(P<0.05).3.NT-pro BNP: NT-pro BNP in both groups decreased obviously after treatment,and the decrease in the SQJX group was more evidently,and there was apparently difference between the two sets(P<0.05).4.Cardiac color ultrasound index: After treatment,LVEF in both sets ascent apparently especially in the SQJX set,and there was apparently difference between the two sets(P<0.05);LVDd reduced significantly in both arms,especially in the Chinese medicines section,and there was obvious difference between the two arms(P<0.05);After treatment,LADs in SQJX group was low better than that before(P<0.05),but there was impartiality between the two sets(P>0.05).5.hs-CRP: After treatment,hs-CRP in both arms were dramatic decline,and the decrease in the SQJX group was more apparently,and there existing notably difference between the two sets(P<0.05).6.6MWD: 6MWD increased notably in both sets after treatment,but there was impartiality between the two sets after 8 weeks(P>0.05).7.TCM syndrome score: After 8 weeks,the TCM syndrome marks of the two sets decreased significantly(P<0.01).The decrease of the SQJX group was more apparent,and there was notably difference between the two sets(P<0.05).8.KCCQ score: The KCCQ marks of the two sets increased apparently after cures,the SQJX set especially,and there was no impartiality between the two sets(P<0.05).9.Safety evaluation: No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups,liver and kidney function and electrolytes were no significant changes.Conclusion:SQJX decoction has certainly clinical effect on patients with CHF of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.It can notably reduce the levels of NT-pro BNP and hs-CRP,improve LVEF,reduce TCM syndrome marks,increase 6MWD and KCCQ score.It shows its good effectiveness and safety.
