Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of compound shougong powder combined with tramadol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with moderate cancer pain. Methods: According to the principle of statistical randomization,60 hospitalized patients who met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria of this clinical observation were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received tramadol sustained-release tablets for pain relief, and the experimental group combined with compound shougong powder on this basis for 2 cycles(14d).The pain numerical score(NRS),pain relief rate, analgesic satisfaction, total dose of tramadol sustained-release tablets used at 24 hours, quality of life score(KPS),QLQ-C30 scale score,IL-6 level change, and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)efficacy evaluation and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:(1)The intra-group comparison(P<0.05)of NRS scores before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant, and the difference between groups(P<0.01)was statistically significant;(2)The total effective rate of the experimental group was 82.14%,which was higher than that of the control group of55.56%.and had statistical significance(P<0.05);(3)Analgesia satisfaction comparison, the experimental group was higher than the control group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05);(4)24h tramadol sustained-release tablets: after treatment, the dose of tramadol sustained-release tablets in the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the difference in the dose reduction of tramadol sustained-release tablets before and after treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)Quality of life: KPS scores in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment, and the intra-and inter-group comparisons before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of pain, fatigue and loss of appetite decreased after treatment on the QLQ-C30 symptom score scale.increased nausea, vomiting, constipation scores; After treatment, nausea and vomiting, constipation, pain, and fatigue were compared between groups(P<0.05),indicating that the difference in symptom improvement was statistically significant, but the change in symptoms of loss of appetite was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(6)Efficacy of TCM symptoms and TCM syndrome scores: the total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was 89.28%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group by 62.96%(P<0.05);after treatment, the decrease in TCM syndrome points in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;(7)The intra-and inter-group comparative differences between IL-6 decreases between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of compound shougong powder combined with tramadol sustained-release tablets in alleviating cancer pain is certain.
