The Clinical Effect Of “Fu Yang Chu Bi” Moxibustion In Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of "Fuyangchubi moxibustion " on treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:By randomization method,the 64 RA patients included in the study were divided into 2 groups of 32 each.The comparison group received oral methotrexate 10mg/ time + folic acid tablets 5mg / time(once a week).the therapeutic group added "Fu Yang Chubi" moxibustion treatment(twice a week)on the basis of the comparison group,Both groups lasted for 12 weeks.Before and after the cure,we observed the scores of joint tenderness,swelling,VAS,TCM symptoms and signs,DAS-28,HAQ,and the values of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,ESR;CRP;RF in the two groups.After analysis and comparison,the clinical efficacy and safety of "Fu Yang Chubi" moxibustion in RA patients were evaluated.Results:1.comparison of clinical manifestations:Intra-group comparison: After treatment,pain,swelling,VAS,das-28,HAQ,TCM and physical signs scores in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with the former treatment(P< 0.05).Cross-group comparison: the processed group can more improve the above figures compared to the comparison group(P< 0.05).2.Comparison of laboratory indicators:Intra-group comparison: After treatment,(ESR,PCR,RF)and(IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α)levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P< 0.05).Cross-group comparison: the processed group can more improve the above figures compared to the comparison group(p < 0.05).3 Efficacy evaluation:After treatment,the total effective rate in the therapeutic group was 90.6%(29 / 32);the comparison group was 75%(24 / 32),and the therapeutic group was higher than The comparison group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The combination of "Fu Yang Chubi" moxibustion combined with western medicine treatment of RA can improve the treatment efficiency and improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of RA patients better than the simple western medicine treatment.After comparative analysis,it is found that the treatment mechanism of "Fu Yang Chubi" moxibustion for RA patients may be through the regulation of inflammatory factors.2.Moxibustion supplemented with "Fu Yang Chubi" is a safe and reliable method for RA treatment.It can be applied in clinical practice for a long time and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
