Clinical Observation Of Osteoarthritis Of Knee Treated By Bone Hyperplasia Xun-Washing Prescription Combined With Celecoxib Capsule

Objective:Jianghuai famous doctor Zhang Jianhua,director of the summary of personal years of clinical experience combined with the late national famous Chinese medicine professor Ding E fumigation prescription for external use as the basis for improvement of bone hyperplasia fumigation prescription,the treatment of knee osteoarthritis superior effect.The purpose of this study was to verify the clinical practical value,reliability and safety of osteogenic fumigation prescription combined with celecoxib capsule in the treatment of osteoarthritis,in order to provide more reliable options for the conservative treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2022,60 outpatients with Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in the Department of Orthopedics and Trauma,Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with bone hyperplasia fumigation and washing prescription combined with oral celecoxib,and the control group was treated with oral celecoxib.The VAS score,HSS score,WOMAC score and SF-36 score of patients before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were recorded,and SPSS23 software was used for systematic data analysis.To observe the pain changes and long-term knee function in patients with KOA.Results:The basic status and scores of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P >0.05).1.Intra-group comparison after treatment: VAS score and WOMAC score of all patients at 4 weeks after treatment decreased compared with before treatment,while SF-36 score and HSS score increased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups: Four weeks after treatment,VAS score and WOMAC score of combination group were significantly decreased compared with control group(P < 0.05).SF-36 score and HSS score of combination group were significantly increased compared with control group in terms of physiological function,physical pain and mental health(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences in the other three aspects(P > 0.05).Conclusions:According to the study,the results and advantages of Guhyperplasia fumigation and washing recipe combined with celecoxib in the treatment of KOA are obvious,and it is better than single use of celecoxib capsule in improving pain,joint mobility and function.Celecoxib capsule alone can achieve certain curative effect,but it is not as good as Guhyperplasia fumigation and washing recipe combined with celecoxib capsule in long-term efficacy.Guhyperplasia fumigation and washing recipe combined with celecoxib capsule is simple and easy to promote,with excellent clinical efficacy and small side effects,which is worthy of clinical use.
