Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of biofeedback treatment of liver relaxation and pelvic floor spasm syndrome constipation(liver stagnation qi stagnation),and to explore the role of liver relaxation in the treatment of pelvic floor spasm syndrome constipation(liver depression qi stagnation)by comparing with biofeedback treatment alone. Methods:Collected from 60 patients from December 2021 to November 2022,who were diagnosed in the anorectal pelvic floor Treatment Center of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and were diagnosed with pelvic floor spasm syndrome constipation(liver depression and qi stagnation).According to the principle of randomness,it was divided into observation group and control group.During the study,2 cases were lost in the experimental group and 3 cases were lost in the control group. Results 28 patients in the experimental group and 27 in the control group. The control group was given biofeedback treatment, and the experimental group was treated with liver and biofeedback treatment.Patients in both groups were treated for 20 days. The following scores and indicators were measured and recorded before and after treatment:(1)constipation symptom score(CSS);(2)quality of life score of constipation patients(PAC-QOL scale);(3)Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA);(4)fecal ography;(5)anorectal pressure measurement.Clinical efficacy was determined by comparing the data before and after treatment. Results :(1)CSS score,PAC-QOL score,HAMA score: intra-group comparison, the scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment, with significant difference(P <0.05).Comparing the groups, the scores of the three indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).(2)Faecgraphy: group comparison, the length and depth of the pubic rectum were significantly lower than before treatment;the anal size was larger than before treatment, and the difference was significant(P <0.05);the anal size was not significantly different from before treatment, not statistically significant(P> 0.05).For comparison, the length and depth of the experimental group were smaller than that of the control group;the force discharge was larger than that of the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).(3)anorectal pressure measurement: within the two groups, the resting pressure and residual pressure were lower than that before treatment(P <0.05).Between the groups, the residual pressure of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).(4)Efficacy evaluation: the apparent treatment rate in the observation group was96.43%,which was higher than 77.78% in the control group, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Two methods of treatment of pelvic floor spasm syndrome constipation(liver stagnation syndrome)patients are effective, thin liver can significantly alleviate anxiety, combined biofeedback treatment of pelvic floor spasms syndrome constipation(liver stagnation syndrome)effect is significantly better than single biofeedback treatment, after treatment of CSS,PAC-QOL,HAMA,fecal angiography, anorectal pressure and other scores and indicators are significantly improved.
