Objective:To observe the effects of Xinkeshu tablets on non-target lesion atherosclerotic plaques in patients with PCI for non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome,as well as intravascular ultrasound imaging indices,lipid levels and inflammatory factor levels in non-target lesion vessels six months after surgery,and to investigate their effects on atherosclerotic plaques.Methods:From 2021.09 to 2022.12,64 patients with PCI diagnosed with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome were collected from our hospital,including 32 patients in the control group and 32 patients in the treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with cardiac kosher tablets in addition to the control group.Blood lipid levels(total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),inflammatory factors(ultra-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)imaging indexes(minimum lumen area(MLA),plaque load(PB),and intravascular ultrasound)were observed before and after treatment in both groups.The data were statistically analysed using SPSS 25.0 software,and the results were considered different at P<0.05.Results:1.Comparison of blood lipid levels: After 6 months,serum TC,TG and LDL-C levels were significantly lower(P<0.05)and HDL-C levels were significantly higher(P<0.05)in both groups compared with those before treatment;and the degree of reduction in serum TC,TG and LDL-C levels and the degree of increase in HDL-C levels were significantly greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of inflammatory factor levels: After 6 months,serum hs-CRP and IL-6levels in both groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment P<0.05),and the reduction in serum hs-CRP and IL-6 levels in patients in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.IVUS imaging indexes: after 6 months,comparison of IVUS indexes between the two groups before and after treatment The minimum lumen area increased significantly(P<0.05)and the plaque load decreased significantly(P<0.05)in both groups after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the degree of increase in the minimum lumen area and the degree of decrease in the plaque load were significantly greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Xinkeshu tablets can regulate blood lipids,reduce inflammatory response,reduce plaque load,increase lumen area and slow down the progression of atherosclerosis. |
