Objective: Evaluation "doctor-teachers-parents" the application of the tripartite cooperation visual teaching method(VP)guidance preschool autism spectrum disorders(ASD)children brushing effect.Methods: Collection of 45 cases of preschool children with autism as a research object.By "doctors-teacher-parents" tripartite cooperation brushing their teeth using step card with visual teaching intervention for ASD children brush their teeth.Collected through oral cavity autistic children’s decay missing filling tooth(dmft),plaque index(PLI).ASD children were asked to brush their teeth in front of the data collector,and their tooth brushing ability and willingness to brush their teeth will score.Through the questionnaire survey to collect the parents the cognition of oral health knowledge,attitudes,and other basic information.After parents informed consent,teachers used tooth brushing flashcards and visual pedagogy to guide children with ASD through daily brushing in the rehabilitation center’s life skills classes.Every parent must be proficient in using this method.Parents are required to use visual pedagogy to guide autistic children to brush their teeth twice a day in the form of homework.At baseline,intervention after a month,and after three months to collect autism children’s ability to brush my teeth,brush your teeth will and plaque index data.In this study,SPSS 25.0statistical analysis software was used for descriptive statistics analysis,difference comparison and correlation analysis of the date.The results were considered statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:(1)45 cases children with autism brushing effect comparison before and after the intervention: brush your teeth,brush your teeth will score were higher than baseline after intervention(P< 0.05);plaque index is lower than the baseline after intervention(P < 0.05).(2)(1)mild,moderate and severe group autism children brushing effect before and after the intervention is: after 3 months between groups ability to brush my teeth,brush your teeth will score were higher than baseline(P< 0.05),each group of plaque index is lower than the baseline(P< 0.05);(2)the difference between group comparison: ability(baseline)brushing your teeth,brush my teeth will(3 months)after the mild group were higher than in severe group(P< 0.05);Capacity(3 months)after brushing your teeth slightly higher than moderate group and severe group(P< 0.05).(3)plaque index related factors analysis:(1)parents’ cognition,attitude towards oral health and plaque index into positive correlation(P< 0.05);(2)the baseline dmft and plaque index into positive correlation(P< 0.05).Conclusions:(1)The 3-month "doctor-teacher-parent" tripartite cooperation using the visual pedagogy to intervene in ASD children’s teeth brushing,all indicators of the brushing effect have improved,and visual pedagogy can improve preschool autism oral hygiene for children.(2)Parent’s perception of oral health knowledge,attitude,and there is a correlation between plaque index.
