With the continuous development of information technology,technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and cloud computing are deeply integrated with the medical industry,enabling the rapid development of the smart medical system.Compared to traditional medicine,smart medicine can help patients overcome the limitations of time and space,allowing underdeveloped areas to enjoy better medical conditions,thereby achieving the redistribution of medical resources.In addition,smart medicine can also help doctors provide remote diagnosis,intelligent testing,unmanned monitoring and other medical services for patients,greatly improving the diagnostic efficiency of medical personnel.There are two issues with the current smart healthcare system.Traditional medical system data is transmitted in plaintext,and once attacked,a large amount of medical data will be directly leaked,causing incalculable losses.The efficiency of traditional attribute encryption algorithms based on ciphertext strategy is linearly related to the number of attributes.As the number of attributes increases,the key size,algorithm complexity,and encryption and decryption efficiency of attribute encryption also increase,making it unsuitable for direct use.Therefore,this article has designed relevant data transmission protection schemes to solve this problem to protect the security of smart medical data.This article conducts research on current encryption schemes and constructs an encryption transmission scheme suitable for smart medical data protection.In this scheme,the security of medical data can be better guaranteed.Compared with traditional encryption transmission schemes,this scheme integrates mixed encryption and fine-grained access,and has higher transmission efficiency.In this encrypted transmission scheme,corresponding access policies can be formulated.Doctors and patients who do not meet the access policy cannot view data beyond their permissions.Meanwhile,this article improves the attribute encryption algorithm to improve the efficiency of encryption and decryption.It has the characteristics of resisting malicious user collusion attacks and low decryption overhead,and the feasibility of the encryption algorithm has been verified through simulation experiments.In response to the special situation where standard access control processes cannot obtain patient medical data in real medical scenarios,which may delay patient treatment,this article improves the intelligent medical data transmission scheme by adding a broken window mechanism and proposing an emergency access control scheme.In emergency situations,a pre-set emergency key is used to obtain special keys,thereby obtaining patient medical data,So as to save the patient’s life.This scheme has good anti attack performance and can urgently obtain relevant medical data when patients are unable to provide their own permissions.Finally,simulation experiments were used to verify the feasibility of this scheme.It has excellent performance in data confidentiality,resistance to enumeration attacks,differential attacks,and can obtain patient information in emergency situations.
