| Background:Myofascial pain syndrome is a common painful disorder associated with myofascial trigger points. The incidence of myofascial pain syndrome is high in the population, and it is easy to recur, and at present, clinical treatment is often used topical drugs such as loxoprofen plaster, shock waves, etc.,both alone and in combination, but it has not been proven to be effective. Objective: Through clinical observation and statistical analysis,to explore the curative effect of different treatment plans on patients with myofascial pain syndrome, and to find a more effective treatment plan. Methods: 100 patients diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome were divided into 4 groups with unequal amounts by random number table:40 cases in group A with losolophan gel plaster and physiotherapy(extracorporeal shock wave + low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation therapy),20 cases in group B alone with lozoprofen gel plaster,20 cases in group C alone, and flubiprofen gel paste and physical therapy in group D,20 cases.Participants’ VAS scores, chronic soft tissue injury scores,ODI scores,or NPQ neck pain scale scores were assessed before and 2 weeks after treatment, and the differences in efficacy between treatment regimens were analyzed.RESULTS: Each treatment plan has a certain effect on myofascial pain syndrome. In group A,the VAS score and chronic soft tissue injury score of patients with neck and shoulder before and after treatment were slightly improved, while the above indicators of patients with neck and shoulder in group B had no significant difference. The improvement of VAS score and chronic soft tissue injury in group C before and after treatment was not as good as that in group A,and the total effective rate was lower;group D had limited improvement in the daily life limitation of patients with thoracolumbar back. Conclusion: The combination of loxoprofen plaster with shock wave therapy can help relieve pain in patients with myofascial pain syndrome, improve chronic soft tissue injury, and facilitate the recovery of daily life functions, and this treatment regimen has certain advantages over other control group treatment regimens in clinical applications. |
