Nerve block refers to the use of local anesthesia to interfere with the Na+ and K+ ion channel metabolism of nerve trunk,plexus and node membrane,block the conduction of the main pain nerve impulse,and produce anesthetic effect on the controlled area.General anesthesia is the use of anesthetic drugs to temporarily suppress the central nervous system,by forgetting the general pain,reducing reflex inhibition and relaxation of skeletal muscles to produce the effect of general anesthesia.Due to its characteristics of stable and controllable anesthesia and relatively short learning curve of operation technology,it is widely used in clinical practice at present.However,it also has disadvantages such as great influence on postoperative respiratory,circulation,digestion,immunity and other systems.Because of its own anesthetic method and the mechanism of action of relevant local anesthetic drugs,nerve block has the advantages of small effect of anesthesia on patients,precise pain management,minimal use of anesthetic drugs,short recovery time from anesthesia,and high cost performance ratio of medical treatment.However,there are also potential deficiencies,such as long learning curve of operation technique,difficult control of anesthesia level,and the risk of local anesthetic drug poisoning.With the development of ultrasound-guided nerve block technology,the clinical application of nerve block has been paid more attention.Meanwhile,perioperative visits contains recording the information of patients after nerve block,following up and patients education has become an important access to continuously improvement of nerve block.However,the traditional methods of manual record,follow-up and education and propaganda cannot meet the requirement of hospital for patients information systemic,specific and standardized record and storage,as well as patients targeted intervention.Therefore,on the basis of demand analysis,this topic uses the RESTful service interface design specification,adopts C/S and B/S hybrid architecture for system design,uses VUE front-end development framework to implement user interface,uses JAVA language to realize the management background,SQL Server database technology,and conducts the follow-up system after nerve block from the perspectives of system architecture design,database design,and functional design.The system includes core functional modules such as patient information management,follow-up education module,online doctor-patient communication module,data management and system management,and has passed the process of testing,data security testing,and functional testing,which verifies the system’s feasibility Implementation,through the establishment of this information system,it is planned to improve the quality of patient care after nerve block and promote the development of hospital nursing information.The application and promotion of this system can realize the information collection and efficient data analysis and analysis of patients after nerve block.It is helpful for medical staff to provide data support for analyzing the outcome of different types of patients and exploring scientific intervention and management methods.Improve the effect of continuity care services and improve patient satisfaction.Personalized recommendation of missionary content is a highlight of this system.The patient’s acquisition of missionary knowledge is closely related to missionary resources.Medical staff can upload or download missionary resources,and patients can search for the missionary resources they need.The system pushes the most targeted education content and resources to patients through three steps: resource scoring,finding the neighbor set of the target patient,and generating a recommendation sequence of education resources.This thesis contains 31 pictures,7 tables and 60 references.
