| Objective:To study and construct a multi-center Basal Cell Carcinoma data resource integration platform,integrate BCC data resources,elucidate the platform’s applications in medicine,education,and scientific research,and lay a foundation for new methods and models in medicine,education,and scientific research.At the same time,provide a collaborative and innovative platform for resource sharing,serve medicine,education,and scientific research,and provide support for clinical talent development and discipline development layout,thereby promoting discipline construction.Methods:The experimental methods of this study include data collection,data integration,data storage,and data analysis.Firstly,we collected clinical data of BCC from multiple centers,including patient age,gender,medical history,symptoms,examination results,treatment plans,and efficacy.Then,we integrated and standardized these data to ensure consistency and accuracy.In the process of data integration,we used data mining to discover the correlation and regularity between data.Next,we used cloud computing and distributed storage technologies to store the integrated data on reliable,secure,and efficient servers.Finally,we used statistical and data visualization methods to analyze and present the data to study the role of the platform in medicine,education,and scientific research.Results:1.A preliminary BCC data sample library based on Chinese people has been established and dynamically updated.2.The applications of the multi-center BCC data resource integration platform in medicine,education,and scientific research have been preliminarily elucidated.In medicine,patient fullprocess management and integrated follow-up have been achieved,and various information such as the site of onset,blood type,and treatment method of patients have been comprehensively statistically analyzed.In education,a complete BCC knowledge system can be constructed,and dynamic updates of various flap surgery and skin graft surgery operation videos and quick displays of different surgical methods in the same location can be achieved.In scientific research,a scientific hypothesis has been proposed that "the BCC auxiliary diagnosis model based on fine-grained typing and the mapping of molecular typing in the clinical probability space have an important role in accurate diagnosis".Conclusions:1.The multi-center BCC data resource integration platform in medicine can systematically manage BCC data resources,provide standardized data sets for clinical model training,provide clinical auxiliary diagnosis decisions,provide early tumor screening methods,construct personalized treatment plans,and provide remote medical services.2.The multi-center BCC data resource integration platform in education can achieve knowledge management,make implicit knowledge explicit,enrich teaching content,make teaching content structurally complete and hierarchically clear,cultivate students’ practical abilities,and provide support for student teaching practice.3.The multi-center BCC data resource integration platform in scientific research can truly break down the barriers of sharing and communication,build an authoritative skin tumor research database,conveniently provide high-quality and standardized data resources,enhance the efficiency of data use,and improve medical scientific research output.Efficient scientific research management can reduce the threshold of scientific research and promote the vigorous development of medicine. |
