Objective:Network Meta-analysis was used to analyse the effects of five anaesthesia modalities for postoperative analgesia in renal surgery. Methods:Search in Pubmed,Web of science,Embase,CNKI,CBM,WanFang and other databases. The retrieval time is from the establishment of each database to October 20,2022.Cochrone handbook evaluation tool,RevMan software was used to plot data, the quality of included RCTs studies was assessed,Stata software was used for statistical analysis, and the results of included randomized controlled studies were combined and ranked by mesh meta-analysis method. And the relevant literature is analyzed. Results:Twenty studies involving 1366 patients were included. The results of area under the curve showed that the best analgesic effect at 6 hours after surgery was thoracic paravertebral block. The best analgesic effect was quadratus lumborum nerve block at 12 hours after operation.Quadratus lumborum nerve block is optimal for 24 hours after operation. The best analgesic effect was quadratus lumborum nerve block at 48 hours after operation. Conclusion:Quadratus lumborum nerve block is recommended for renal surgery.Thoracic paravertebral nerve block provides the best analgesic effect at 6 hours after surgery, and quadratus lumborum nerve block provides the best analgesic effect at 12,24 and 48 hours after surgery.Quadratus lumborum nerve block has good analgesic effect, relatively simple and safe.Quadratus lumborum nerve block is recommended.
