Preliminary Study On Implementation Effect Of Clinical Rehabilitation Pathway In The Recovery Stage Of Consciousness Disorder

Objective:In this study,clinical pathway management was implemented for patients in the convalescent stage of consciousness disorder.The application value of clinical pathway in the convalescent stage of consciousness disorder in clinical treatment was discussed by analyzing the indexes of behavioral score,improvement of consciousness status level,complication rate and average daily hospitalization cost before and after the implementation of clinical pathway.Methods:A total of 118 patients with consciousness disorder admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from May 2018 to May 2021 were collected in this study.The included patients were randomly divided into a pathway group and a control group,including 59 cases in the pathway group and 53 cases in the control group.The pathway group was treated according to the clinical pathway scheme in the convalescent stage of consciousness disorder,while the control group was treated according to the conventional scheme.The indexes of behavioral score,improvement of consciousness level,complication rate and average daily hospitalization cost before and after intervention were observed.Results:After treatment,the behavioral scores,the improvement rate of consciousness level and the awakening rate of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the path group was better than the control group(P <0.05);The incidence of PSH,total daily cost of hospitalization and drug cost in the path group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of hydrocephalus,epilepsy,pulmonary infection,urinary tract infection and other complications,as well as the average daily cost of rehabilitation between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Clinical pathway management for convalescent patients with consciousness disorder can improve the grade improvement rate and awakening rate of consciousness disorder,reduce hospitalization costs and reduce complications.
