ObjectiveThis study constructs an exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention program for patients with Arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)after intervention, using health behavior integration theory as a guide. To explore the effect of this program on the exercise rehabilitation compliance, exercise rehabilitation effects and the quality of life in patients after ASO interventions.MethodsThis study used health behavior integration theory as a framework, and based on literature review and group discussion, the exercise rehabilitation intervention program after ASO intervention was eventually determined through a pre-experiment and two cycles of expert correspondence.A convenience sampling method was used to select85 patients who were hospitalized in a tertiary care hospital in Nanchang from February to December 2022 after ASO interventions.Patients hospitalized from February to July2022 were included in the control group(n=42),and those hospitalized from August to December 2022 were included in the intervention group(n=43).Patients in the control group used the normal nursing care protocol, and the intervention group patients implemented an intervention program based on health behavior integration theory on this basis.Compare the 6-minute walking distance(6MWD),pain-free walking distance(PFWD),short physical performance battery(SPPB),self-efficacy for exercise scale(SEES)and vascular quality of life questionnaire(VascuQoL)scores of the two groups of patients before,1 and 3 months after the intervention;compare the exercise compliance of the two groups of patients at 1 and 3 months after the intervention Results1.Both rounds of expert correspondence, the positivity of the correspondence experts was 100%,the authority coefficients were 0.91 and 0.93,and the coordination coefficients were 0.250 and 0.303(P<0.001),which were combined with the preexperimental results to eventually determine the nursing intervention program for exercise rehabilitation of patients after ASO intervention.2.No statistical difference was found between the general information,6MWD,PFWD,SPPB,SEES and VascuQoL scores of patients in both groups before the intervention(P>0.05).3.At 1 and 3 months post-intervention,patients in the intervention group had significantly better 6MWD,PFWD,SPPB,SEES and VascuQoL scores than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compliance with exercise at 1 month after intervention was higher in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05);compliance with exercise at 3 months after the intervention was significantly better in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.001).4.The 6MWD,PFWD and SPPB in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)in intergroup, time and interaction effects. The SEES and VascuQoL scores of patients in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)for inter-group effects, time effects, and interaction effects.ConclusionThe intervention program of exercise rehabilitation nursing for patients after ASO intervention based on the integration theory of health behavior, the positive and authoritative nature of the correspondence experts, the consistency of experts’ evaluation of the intervention program, and the convergence of experts’ opinions, the intervention program has a certain degree of scientific validity. This program is an intervention to improve the compliance of patients with exercise rehabilitation after ASO intervention, which is beneficial to increase the walking distance and improve the limb function of patients;it is conducive to enhancing the patients’ exercise selfefficacy and enhancing their exercise confidence;it is conducive to improving the better of patients’ quality of life.
