| Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of different treatment methods of pleural perfusion of hypertonic glucose + interleukin-2 and pleural perfusion of hypertonic glucose in patients with persistent air leakage,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods:The data of 52 patients with persistent lung air leakage admitted to the Thoracic Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2022 to February 2023 were collected.Among them,33 patients were treated with thoracic perfusion of hypertonic glucose + interleukin-2 and 19 patients were treated with thoracic perfusion of hypertonic glucose.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into hypertonic glucose + interleukin-2(study group)and hypertonic glucose(control group).Analyze the differences between the two treatments.Result:In the study group,13 cases(39.4%)were effective,16 cases(48.5%)were effective, and 4 cases(12.1%)were ineffective. In the control group,8 cases(42.1%)were effective,7 cases(36.8%)were effective, and 4 cases(21.1%)were ineffective. The overall cure rate was 87.9% in the study group and 78.9% in the control group. There was no statistical significance in postoperative efficacy between the two groups(P > 0.05).Postoperative catheter time(study group 9.45±2.647 days VS control group 11.84±5.336 days),postoperative hospitalization time(study group11.97±3.245 days VS control group 13.74±6.531 days),and total postoperative drainage volume(study group 1886.82±951.957 ml VS control group 1918.68±942.334ml),there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).However,the total drainage volume after injection(study group 636.36±409.144 ml VS control group922.37±598.981ml)was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Postoperative low fever(9cases in study group VS 5 cases in control group),chest pain(2 cases in study group VS 1 case in control group),subcutaneous emphysema(3 cases in study group VS 2cases in control group),pleural reaction(0 cases in study group VS 0 cases in control group),follow-up of pleural effusion and gas(10 cases in study group VS 7 cases in control group),recurrence(1 case in study group VS 1 case in control group),empyema(0 in study group VS 0 in control group). There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The overall cure rate of hypertonic glucose combined with interleukin-2 is slightly higher than that of hypertonic glucose alone.Hypertonic glucose combined with interleukin-2 could also reduce the thoracic drainage after injection without increasing complications of patients,so clinical application is recommended. |
