| Objective:To study the effect of adherence to a comprehensive rehabilitation program for stroke patients on their prognosis. Methods:This study included patients who were diagnosed with stroke in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and were hospitalized at Yan’an University Hospital between October 2021 and December 2022.Admission subjects including age, course, gender, hemiplegia, lesion location, lesion nature, hypertension history clinical baseline data, formulate individualized comprehensive rehabilitation program and complete rehabilitation treatment, doctors in the patient after hospital day, late January, late February and late March with NIHSS,MBS scale,Fugl-Meyer movement and balance function score scale, brunnstrom scale for neurological function, movement and balance function and daily life ability of rehabilitation evaluation.Three months later, according to the results of compliance monitoring, the enrolled patients were divided into high compliance and low compliance group according to the compliance assessment criteria,in two groups of patients with similar 50 randomly selected and divided into good compliance group of 50 cases and 50 cases of poor compliance group,to evaluate the influence of comprehensive rehabilitation program of stroke patients compliance on the prognosis.Assessment data collected for all subjects were statistically analyzed by version SPSS 25.0.Results:1.The general data of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).2.On the day of enrollment,NIHSS,MBI,FM movement,FMB,Brunnstrom upper limbs, hand and lower limbs were not significantly different(P<0.05).3.At the end of January, the scores of NIHSS,MBI,FM exercise and FMB of the two groups were statistically different from those before the implementation of the comprehensive rehabilitation program(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.By the end of February,MBI,FM exercise and FMB scores in the group with good compliance were improved compared with those at the end of January, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant improvement in the non-compliance group compared with the end of January. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.By the end of March, the scores of NIHSS,MBI,FM exercise and FMB in the group with good compliance were higher than those at the end of February, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant improvement in the non-compliance group compared with the end of February, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the upper and lower limb staging of Brunnstrom between the two groups of study subjects at the end of March.Conclusion:1.Comprehensive rehabilitation program is an effective rehabilitation method and has a significant effect on improving the prognosis of stroke patients.2.The higher the compliance with the comprehensive rehabilitation program of stroke patients, the better the rehabilitation treatment effect and prognosis, especially the improvement of the limb function recovery and the ability of daily living activities. |
