Clinical Observation On External Application Of Compound Duzhenggan Jiegu Ointment In Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective The purpose of this study is to observe and evaluate the efficacy and advantages of compound Duzhenggan Jiegu Ointment in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type),and provide theoretical support for the promotion of compound Duzhenggan Jiegu Ointment in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods We collected the patients who were hospitalized in the Rehabilitation Department of Minda Hospital affiliated to Hubei University for Nationalities from December 2021 to December 2022 and were diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation,collected the relevant information of the patients,confirmed the inclusion of a total of 60 observation objects according to the inclusion and exclusion indicators,and divided them into two groups according to the digital randomization method,namely,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.Both groups were given basic treatment(health education and functional exercise),The control group was treated with acupuncture+infrared radiation for 30 minutes,and the treatment group was treated with compound Duzhenggan Jiegu ointment for 5 hours on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients were treated once a day,with a course of 5 days.After 5 days of treatment,their clinical efficacy before and after treatment was observed,and the differences in pain level,lumbar disease comprehensive score,functional impairment status,and clinical efficacy were compared and analyzed.The differences in outcome indicators such as VAS,ODI,and JOA scores were observed,and the adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients were calculated.The clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Duzheng Rod Bone Joint Ointment were evaluated.Results 1.There was no significant difference in age,gender,and course of disease between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.In the treatment group,9 cases were cured,12 cases were significantly improved,7 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective;In the control group,3 cases were cured,8 cases were significantly improved,14 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.Both groups of patients showed significant clinical efficacy after treatment,with the treatment group having significantly better clinical efficacy than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.3%,while the control group was 83.3%.After testing,there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group.3.After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in VAS,ODI,and JOA scores between the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05),and the VAS,ODI,and JOA scores of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion 1.The external application of Compound Duzhenggan Jiegu Ointment can effectively alleviate lower back pain and dysfunction in the treatment of LDH.2.The treatment of LDH with Compound Duzhenggan Jiegu Ointment has a faster onset and stronger effect than the control group in relieving lower back pain and improving lower back movement function.3.The external application of Compound Duzhenggan Jiegu Cream in the treatment of LDH not only has a significant therapeutic effect,but also is simple to use,easy to operate,easy to accept by patients,and easy to promote.
