The Chinese nation has grown from standing up,rich to strong,and the Chinese culture is shouldering more and more responsibilities and tasks.In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it clearly pointed out the necessity of adhering to the socialist cultural path with Chinese characteristics in the process of building an advanced socialist cultural country in an all-round way,enhance the cultural nation self-confidence,we want to build China into a powerful socialist cultural country.To promote the construction of a healthy country,the public hospital,a huge social institution,has gradually become the main battlefield,and the good humanities have become an important source of motivation for the growth of public hospitals.With the development of medical treatment,the common demand with humanity is becoming more and more abundant.It is necessary to promote the construction of humanity in public hospitals.Today,the rapid development of talent and culture management has become an imminent decision to high-level development of public hospitals and the core competitiveness of the first conditions,this article from the perspective of hospital culture,this paper discusses the optimization countermeasures of the integration of human resource management and culture in public hospital,to unite the strength and better fulfill the social responsibility of the hospital.Hospital culture is the inexhaustible source to promote the sustainable development of hospitals,and to a large extent,it also decides the implementation of the“Healthy China”strategy.By collecting and analyzing the literatures about hospital organizational culture and human resource management performance at home and abroad,and taking the People’s Hospital in Z district as an example,by analyzing the situation of hospital culture and human resource management in the three-level general public hospital,the data of vision of the combined hospital,hospital training,management ideas of cultural construction and cultural development were collected on the spot,to visit and survey the perception and cognition,satisfaction and practice of hospital culture and human resource management performance of front-line Medical and health personnel,after human resource management,etc.,this paper analyzes the relationship between hospital culture and HRM and the influence of hospital culture on human resource management performance,the paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the performance of human resource management based on hospital culture.At this stage,although China’s public hospital culture has achieved outstanding results in hospital construction,many problems have also been exposed in the implementation:poor connection with hospital management,one-sided understanding of hospital culture by leaders and staff,and lack of systematic organization,leadership and planning,lack of guidance,organizational marginalization can not unite the hearts of people,content is the same as empty generalization of insufficient incentives,lack of rigid and soft management resulting in weak constraints,conceptualization leads to insufficient radiation of excellent culture,which leads to the separation from hospital work,especially from human resource management.Based on this,the writing of this article,from clear hospital strategic planning to provide correct guidance,to culture to unite people to promote development,sinking high-quality culture to stimulate the enthusiasm of officers to start a business,strengthen the cultivation of behavior culture,in order to provide the hospital managers with the quantitative data and information from the public opinion of the hospital staff,five aspects,such as improving the cultural quality of the hospital and strengthening the radiation effect,were put forward,to help hospital managers understand more deeply and objectively the hospital culture and hospital staff’s satisfaction with human resource management,and to promote the high efficiency and high quality of human resource management through culture,in order to help hospital managers to build a more appropriate and advanced hospital culture,using the bridge of organizational culture,condense every department and every staff member into an organic whole,to help the hospital medical,teaching,research,management and other aspects of scientific and efficient development,to speed up the pace of the construction of a healthy China to contribute a modest contribution. |
