Objective: If idiopathic central precocious puberty is not diagnosed and treated in time,it will affect the life-long height of children in adulthood.Gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues are the main drugs for the treatment of ICPP.GnRHa combined with GH treatment can improve the life-long height of female children with ICPP.This study uses meta-analysis to compare whether GnRHa combine with GH or not for treatment have different effects on women’s life-time high ICPP.Methods: Search for related documents and materials through Google Scholar,Cochrane Library,EMBASE,Web of Science,Pub Med,CNKI,Weipu Chinese Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Database,etc.The English database selects "GH,GnRHa,growth hormone,height,Central precocious puberty,Gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue,improve" as the main search terms,and the Chinese database uses "gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue,growth hormone,central precocious puberty,height".A total of 128 related Chinese documents and 76 English documents were retrieved in this article.After removing duplicate documents,the total number of documents was 198.After the screening,86 articles were retained,66 articles were removed after full-text reading,and finally 5articles with incomplete data were removed.Finally,15 articles that met the requirements were selected.The GH combined with GnRHa treatment was used as the experimental group.GnRHa to implement treatment as a control group,using meta-analysis to study the effect of GH on the improvement of life-long height of GnRHa in girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty.Results:(1)The 3 RCT articles were randomly grouped,and the average score of the JADAD scale was 3.67.The MINORS score interval of the 12 CCT articles was17-21 points,and the average score was 18.5 points.(2)Compared with the control group,the height of the test group increased significantly(WMD=4.21,95%CI:3.56,5.21).There is no significant heterogeneity between studies(I2 = 5.98%,P =0.72).(3)Compared with the control group,the PAH of the test group was significantly increased(WMD=4.08,95%CI: 3.88,5.67),and there was heterogeneity among the studies(I2=41.58%,P=0.047).(4)In terms of Ht SDSBA,compared with the GnRHa single test group,the Ht SDSBA change in the combined test group was higher(WMD=0.59,95%CI: 0.49,0.73).The heterogeneity among the results of each study was not significant(I2=0.01%,P=0.529).Conclusion: Compare with the single test group,the PAH and height of the combined test group,as well as Ht SDSBA,are better than the former,and the difference is statistically significant.At present,the influence of GnRHa and GH start and termination time on life-time hight is still inconclusive,more research is still needed to further clarify. |
