Under the background of the "novel coronavirus" pneumonia epidemic,relevant public opinions began to emerge and developed,and eventually it became a public crisis with negative public opinion.It is important to manage relationships well between the crisis handling and management of negative public opinion in the early stage of the epidemic,testing the wisdom,ability and level of public management of the community.Whether online or offline,domestic or international,we must withstand and win the battle of public opinion and the battle of public opinion on the novel coronavirus pneumonia,because such battles are directly related to the security of our ideology and political power.It also creates a favorable public opinion atmosphere for epidemic prevention and control.This study tries to analyze the early negative epidemic opinion in this campaign by combining the theory of public opinion generation,cognitive behavior theory and public crisis management theory.Focus on the construction of three levels of "analysis and research-Sort out and summarize" framework and ideas: "public opinion generation(based on the generation source theory)","information content(based on the cognitive behavioral theory)" and "public opinion level(based on the public crisis management theory)".After defining the early negative public opinion of the "novel coronavirus" pneumonia epidemic,data and relevant analysis of the situation,adverse impact,etc.At the same time,the causes of the negative public opinion in the early stage of the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak are given.Further,from the perspective of response basis and response Angle,stage experience is sorted out and summarized to lay a solid foundation for the following public opinion crisis management.This research divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly gives the research background and significance of this research;home and abroad literature review,research methods,and the innovation of this research and research deficiencies.The second chapter mainly gives the important concept definition of this research;Combined with relevant theories to construct research ideas,including public opinion generation theory,cognitive behavior theory,public crisis management theory.The third chapter focuses on the type division and characteristics of negative public opinion in the early stage of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic.Based on the basic concept of early negative public opinion,it tries to make type division and feature description in combination with research theories,which has formed a more comprehensive analysis of early negative public opinion.The fourth chapter tries to verify the data of the establishment of negative public opinion in the early period of the "novel coronavirus" pneumonia epidemic,and analyzes the adverse impact of the early negative public opinion,and further gives relatively detailed causes of the early negative public opinion.Chapter five,based on the previous studies and combined with the research theories,summarizes the stage response experience of negative public opinion in the early stage of the "novel coronavirus" pneumonia epidemic from the perspective of the basis of early negative public opinion response and early negative public opinion response.The study believes that in the process of dealing with the negative public opinion in the early stage of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,we have initially formed such views: first,authoritative information,accurate content,and the establishment of information hedging;Mainstream media take the initiative in communication;Diversified forms of communication and multi-directional communication from the perspective of public opinion generation.Second,we should continue to make epidemic control scientific and make science widely available.Rumor control,stabilize the public sentiment;The training of public rationality,strengthening of positive guidance and other coping experiences from the perspective of cognitive behavior.The third is the response experience from the perspective of public crisis management,such as multi-level linkage,improving public opinion response plan,and establishing long-term governance mechanism with laws and regulations.
