Research On The Quality Evaluation Of Combined Medical And Nursing Services In Shanghai Community

With the deepening of the aging population,the state vigorously promotes the development of coordinated old-age care services.At present,China has entered a stage of high quality development.How to improve the quality and efficiency of elderly care services to meet the needs of large-scale,multi-level and high-quality services of the elderly is an important direction of the development of elderly care services.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the quality of the community medical and nursing care services in Shanghai is beneficial to perfect the evaluation system of combined medical and nursing services,and elevate the level of the combined medical and nursing services,thereby improve the life quality of the elderly in their later years.This paper takes home care services for the elderly in Songjiang district as an example,conducts a survey on the satisfaction of the elderly in the homes for collecting research data.basing on the social support theory and customer satisfaction theory,it conducts an evaluation study on the service quality of the combined medical and nursing services in Shanghai community.First of all,the paper clarifies the purport of this study,sorts out relevant domestic and foreign literature,defines important concepts,and summarizes the development process of combined medical and nursing services in Shanghai and its framework system of combined medical and nursing services of community.Secondly,in view of the current policy framework blank of Shanghai,combining with relevant policy documents,academic research results and field investigation,It uses the SERVPERF evaluation model to construct the evaluation index system of the quality of combined medical and nursing services in Shanghai community,centering on four types of service contents including life care,medical care,rehabilitation and health care,spiritual and cultural care.Using analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight of each level;Then,taking multi-factors into consideration,it selects nine home care services for the elderly in Songjiang district as the data collection point,meanwhile distributes investigation questionnaires to the elderly in homes.After the data has collected,it adopts the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the combined medical and nursing services in Shanghai community,and combines with the interview data to analyze results.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation score of combined medical and nursing services of Shanghai community belongs to the upper middle level,among which the life care score is the highest,and the spiritual and cultural services score is the lowest,the supply quality of all kinds of services is uneven;Based on the analysis of interview data,it is found that the development of combined medical and nursing services in Shanghai community has problems,such as insufficient service facilities,unsatisfied personalized dietary needs,poor referral mechanism for medical treatment,urgent need to strengthen spiritual consolation services,uneven service team structure,etc.Therefore,it is suggested that relevant service provides in Shanghai should establish the quality management concept of combined medical and nursing services,promote the balanced development of elderly service content,and construct the quality guarantee system of medical and nursing service.
