Research On The Digital Transformation Of Logistics Management In Public Third-class Hospitals In Shanghai

Digitalization of logistics management is an important module of hospital management and the core guarantee for the safe operation of hospitals.It brings together professionals,various businesses,different technologies and services.It integrates a large amount of disordered fragment data into the information management platform.Digitalization of logistics management plays an important role in the refined management of logistics,equipment safety guarantee and the promotion of the development of smart hospitals in public third-class hospitals.In recent years,more and more public third-class hospitals’ logistics departments have vigorously developed informatization,built countless information management platforms,and reshaped the professional business processes of logistics.With the continuous development of the digital transformation of logistics management in public third-class hospitals,there are also problems such as insufficient digital awareness,lack of available data,unreasonable process design,and difficult cross departmental communication.It has exposed that the hospital logistics has not yet fully established an innovative management mode with professional,digital and scientific.Therefore,the problems and reasons existing in the digital transformation of logistics management in public third-class hospitals,the proposed countermeasures and suggestions have far-reaching significance for strengthening the level of logistics refined management,ensuring the safe operation of the hospital and improving the satisfaction of doctors and nurses.Firstly,this paper combs the research related to the refined logistics management in hospitals and universities at home and abroad,and preliminarily grasps the current logistics management at home and abroad,especially the current situation of logistics management digitization,which lays the foundation for further research in this paper.Secondly,this paper defines the core concepts of public hospital,logistics management and logistics management digital transformation,and the main theoretical bases of this paper are digital governance theory,management by objectives theory and business process reengineering theory.Subsequently,this paper sorts out the development process and operation status of the digital logistics management of A Hospital,analyzes and investigates the main measures and target achievements of the logistics of A Hospital in the process of digital transformation in recent years.202 clinical and administrative personnel of A hospital were investigated through questionnaire survey,and in-depth interview was used to interview division-level cadres,middle-level cadres and staff members of logistics system.To comprehensively understand the necessity of logistics digital transformation of public third-class hospitals,the positioning goal of logistics digital construction of A Hospital,the problems,difficulties and causes of digital transformation of A Hospital,and the logistics digital management mode of A Hospital.After conducting interviews with 20 people,this thesis deeply discusses the disadvantages existing in the digital transformation of logistics management in A Hospital,mainly including the weak foundation of the digital transformation system of logistics management,the limited effect of digital platform construction,the shortcomings of the information system,the lack of digital talent construction,the poor supply of digital resources and other problems.And through the use of digital governance theory,management by objectives theory and business process reengineering theory to analyzes the causes of above problems.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the digital transformation of logistics management in Shanghai public third-class hospitals.For example,the system of logistics digital management should be improved,the construction of information platform should be further promoted,the integrated logistics management information system should be built comprehensively,the construction of logistics digital talents should be strengthened,and the supply of resources for logistics management digital transformation should be strengthened.It is hoped that through the current situation of digital transformation of logistics management in A hospital and the existing problems and countermeasures proposed in this paper,it can provide ideas for the digital management of logistics of public third-class hospitals in China.The further promotion of digital logistics can also add strength to the development of intelligent hospitals and the improvement of the efficiency of medical and health services.
