Clinical Observation Of Qinggan Tiaozhi Decoction In Treating Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of Qinggan Tiaozhi decoction on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis with phlegm and blood stasis,and to provide a new method for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 76 patients from the department of spleen and stomach diseases,Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and confirmed diagnosis of phlegmstasis non-alcoholic steatohepatitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,38 cases in each group.Treatment methods: Both groups were treated with lifestyle adjustment as basic treatment,the experimental group was treated with Qinggan Tiaozhi Prescription on the basis of this,and the control group was treated with Yishanfu capsule(polyene phosphatidylcholine)on the basis of basic treatment,the course of treatment was 12 weeks.By comparing liver function,blood lipid,liver ultrasound,BMI,abdominal circumference,TCM syndrome score changes,overall efficacy and safety indicators(blood routine and renal function)before and after treatment,the effect of liver protection and lipid-lowering,TCM syndrome efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results 1.There were 76 patients in the trial,including 1 case in the trial group,1 case in the control group,74 cases in the trial group and 37 cases in the control group.2.By statistical analysis of age,gender,disease duration,BMI,abdominal circumference,liver function(ALT,AST,GGT),blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),liver ultrasound,and TCM evidence score of the two groups before treatment,no statistically significant differences were found between the two groups for any of the indicators(P>0.05).3.Patients had reduced BMI,abdominal circumference,liver function,lipids,liver ultrasound and TCM syndrome score compared to pre-treatment,at the end of the trial,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The effect of Qing Liver Lipid Regulating Formula was better than that of Yi Shan Fu Capsules(polyene-phosphatidylcholine)in improving BMI,abdominal circumference,liver function,blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C),liver ultrasound,and the primary and secondary symptoms in the Chinese medicine symptoms(chest and epigastric congestion,dull complexion,spitting and salivation),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Improvement in HDL-C and TCM evidence of subcertification(heavy limbs and nadir)was comparable between the two groups,no statistically significant difference seen(P>0.05).6.The proportion of people who achieved results in the trial group was 89.2%,compared to 62.2% in the control group,the experimental group was more effective than the other group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Safety Analysis: During the treatment period,the two groups of patients with safety indicators(blood routine test,renal function)were not significantly abnormal.In the test group,2 patients developed diarrhea after taking the drug,while in the control group,1 patient developed diarrhea and 3 patients developed mild acid reflux disease.All patients were well tolerated and did not stop taking the drug.Conclusion Liver Clearing and Fat Regulating Formula is effective in improving liver function,blood lipids,liver ultrasound,BMI,abdominal circumference,and TCM symptoms in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis with phlegm and stasis,and has a relatively high safety profile.It proved that the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with phlegm and stasis has further value in clinical promotion.Figure 0;Table14;Reference 107...
