In the era of knowledge-based economy,talents have become an important driving force for social and economic development.Core talents are the main creators of the core competence and core value of hospitals and are the core competitiveness of the hospital.Core talents as an important resource have an important role in the development of the hospital.The management level of core talent in hospitals is an important reflection of the management level of hospitals,and is also the key to the stable and sustainable growth of hospitals.The hospital’s management of core talent will directly affect the quality of hospital services,while the level of hospital medical services is closely related to people’s lives and health.As an important node of the rural three-tier health care network,the township health center undertakes the important task of health and disease prevention and health care for the majority of rural people.The border area township health center is the grassroots main body practicing health care,and the management level of the core talents of the township health center is an important matter related to the future development of the township health center,which is the basic line of defense for the health and disease prevention of the grassroots people.Therefore,strengthening the management of core talents in township health centers is conducive to building a stable core talent team,improving the medical level in frontier areas,and is of great significance to the development of rural health in frontier areas.Based on questionnaire survey method,interview method and empirical analysis method,the core talent management problems of township health centers in Xinjiang region were studied.Through the survey,it was found that the township health centers lacked high-level academic talents and the introduction of new talents,which led to the lack of vitality of the development of township health centers;through statistics,it was found that the core talents’ evaluation of talent management work such as talent introduction,talent incentive,talent cultivation and system construction in township health centers was average,which indicated that the talent management work in townships needed to be continued to be strengthened.Through the regression,it was found that talent cultivation,talent incentive and work atmosphere had a significant positive influence on job satisfaction.Combined with the interview feedback,we further sorted out and summarized the problems of core talent management in township health centers in Xinjiang,which were insufficient talent training,inadequate talent incentives,weak talent cohesion and lack of attractiveness of talent introduction,and lagging management system construction.In response to the above problems,countermeasure suggestions were made to strengthen talent training,promote exchanges and learning with provincial capitals and the mainland,implement talent incentive measures,promote core talent to stay in Xinjiang,strengthen cultural construction,improve the working environment and innovative talent introduction mechanism,attract talent to return to Xinjiang to aid Xinjiang and improve talent management system to strengthen talent team building.
