Research On Rules Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Zhuang Medicine In Headache Based On Zhuang Medical Literature

Objective:From the Zhuang medicine literature of monographs,materia medica,comprehensive medical books and local traditional medicine books in the Zhuang people’s settlement area,this study was designed to sort out and explore the theoretical understanding and treatment rules of Zhuang medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of headache.The purpose is to enrich the content of the diagnosis and treatment of headache in Zhuang medicine,make up for the deficiency of clinical efficacy observation in the extant research,and provide guidance and reference for further research.Methods:By means of manual search and network retrieval,this study have collected 85 Zhuang medical books about headache in all,which including 42 Zhuang medicine classic medical books and 43 Zhuang medicine related local medical books in Guangxi.After extracting the relevant contents of headache diagnosis and treatment of Zhuang medicine in these books,using Microsoft Excel 2016 software to establish the electronic databases respectively,base on different category such as theory,prescription,medicine and characteristic treatment.And then,tracing the history of headache diagnosis and treatment of Zhuang nationality based on medical literature.By using frequency analysis and cluster analysis,this paper is aim at summarizing the theoretical understanding of Zhuang medicine of headache,the characteristics of prescriptions and the application rules of characteristic therapy.Results: 1.By tracing the development history of headache in Zhuang nationality based on Zhuang medical,it can be divided into three stages roughly.2.Theoretically,headache was called as "headache","head-wind/head-wind pain","Qiao-Yin/Qiao-Wu-Yin","Bang-Yin" or "pain syndrome/pain disease" in Zhuang medicine literature,among which there are a maximum of 21 medical records with "headache" as the name of the disease;Zhuang medicine believed that the causes of headache can be divided into two categories: external sensation and internal injury.The imbalance of Qi and blood or the road blocked are the main pathogenesis of headache;The diagnosis of headache in Zhuang medicine is mainly based on the main symptoms and concurrent symptoms.The method of "examination on the nidus" of the meridian tendon therapy is a characteristic techniques of the diagnosis of headache in Zhuang medicine,besides the eye diagnosis and the fingernail diagnosis of Zhuang medicine;The treating principle of headache in Zhuang medicine is "regulating the Qi,detoxifing,tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and relieving the pain".3.A total of 241 prescriptions for headache treatment in Zhuang medicine were extracted in this study,including 204 prescriptions for medicine and 37 prescriptions for diet therapy;190 prescriptions are for internal use,and 51 for external use;It involved decoction,paste,tea-drink and other dosage forms,among which the number of decoction was the largest which contained a total of 187;A total of225 kinds of drugs were involved in these prescriptions.4.A total of 253 drugs with the effect of preventing or treating headache were collected,including 242 kinds of plant drugs,10 kinds of animal drugs,1 kind of mineral drugs and 43 kinds of toxic drugs;The largest number of drugs came from Compositae,there are 25 drugs of it;The drug properties were mainly cold and flat,and the flavors were mainly bitter and spicy;There were 120 kinds of drugs with analgesic effect,followed by drugs with antiheat-toxicity,antidampness-toxicity and antiwind-toxicity efficiency.5.A total of 39 kinds of medical books recorded the characteristic techniques of Zhuang medicine for headache were collected.There are 82 treatment prescriptions were found,involving 18 kinds of techniques and 108 acupoints for treatment.There were42 prescriptions for external treatment techniques involving the use of drugs,relating 67 kinds of drugs.Conclusion(s): 1.Theoretically,it is more appropriate to take "Qiao Yin" as the normative name of headache disease in Zhuang medicine;The occurrence of headache is related to the imbalance of Qi and blood,and then the toxic pathogens from external and internal could development a road block for human body.The treatment of Zhuang medicin follows the principles of "regulating Qi,detoxifying,tonifying deficiency,removing blood stasis and relieving pain".Zhuang medicine diagnosis headache by analyzing "main syndrome" and "concurrent syndrome" combined,with the meridian tendons examination of Zhuang medicine or other characteristic techniques to assist the diagnosis.2.Zhuang medicine has various methods to treat headache,concluding inside and outside methods.In terms of internal prescription,Zhuang medicine for headache treatment has the characteristics of regulating the road,detoxifing and restoring the deficiency,treating the "Sha-toxicant",using fresh medicine,using Zhuang medicine and traditional Chinese medicine together,and combating poison with poison.3.In terms of external treatment,Zhuang medical literatures have rich records on the characteristic techniques of headache therapy,which containing various of methods,prominent ethnic characteristics and remarkable curative effects.For the rules of using acupoint,the Zhuang medicine specific acupoints had played an irreplaceable role in headache treatment.With many of therapies,The max number of records in Zhuang medicine characteristic techniques is treating for migraine.Among them,The Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion therapy through the comprehensive effect of drugs,acupoints and warm-heat for treating migraine to relieve pain availably and safely;The meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine is characterized by searching meridian tendon nidus to diagnosis and eliminating the nidus to cure,which is distinctive both in diagnosis and treatment on migraine with Zhuang medical feature.
