Objective : To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(conventional western medicine combined with Shufu powder heat treatment and moxibustion and compound Dachengqi decoction retention enema)in the treatment of patients with intussusception(postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction)by studying and analyzing the clinical efficacy of the treatment of patients with intussusception(postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction)in our hospital. To seek more effective treatment for such patients. Methods : From September 2019 to December 2022,the patients with abdominal knot(postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction)who were admitted to Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were screened out.The results were consistent with the treatment of 40 cases(treatment group)treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and 42 cases treated with simple western medicine. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine:fasting water, parenteral nutrition support, maintaining water, electrolyte and acid-base balance, inhibiting acid, protecting gastric mucosa, and if necessary, gastrointestinal decompression, anti infection, inhibiting digestive secretion, etc; The treatment group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group, the traditional Chinese medicine added Shufu Sanbo therapy+compound Dachengqi decoction retention enema+moxibustion treatment;Check the complete cases, make statistics on the changes of digestive tract function, vital signs, laboratory indicators, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, make statistical analysis on the results, and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with abdominal mass type intestinal nodules. Results: A total of 40 cases were included in the study in the treatment group and 42 cases in the control group.1.Clinical efficacy: 17 cases(42.5% were clinically cured,12 cases(30.0%)were significantly effective,7 cases(17.5%)were effective, and 4 cases(10.0% were ineffective in the treatment group. The total effective rate was90.0%;In the control group,10 cases were clinically cured(23.8%),10 cases were significantly effective(23.8%),15 cases were effective(35.7%),and 7cases were ineffective(16.7%).The total effective rate was 83.3%;The clinical efficacy data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)by rank sum test, indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes: in the treatment group,40 cases were clinically cured in 16 cases(40.0%),significantly effective in 13 cases(32.5%),effective in 7 cases(17.5%),ineffective in 4 cases(10.0%),and the total effective rate was 90.0%;in the control group,9 cases(21.4%)were clinically cured,10 cases(23.8%)were significantly effective,16 cases(38.1% were effective, and 7 cases(17.7%)were ineffective; The clinical efficacy data of the two groups of patients by rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.The results of intestinal function recovery showed that the treatment group had significantly better effects than the control group in relieving abdominal pain, abdominal distention, nausea and vomiting, promoting anal exhaust, defecation, recovery of bowel sounds, and reducing the retention time of gastric tube(all P<0.05).4.Other results: The total hospitalization days of patients in the treatment group were less than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in reducing WBC and NEUT between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);In the whole study, one patient in the observation group developed small blisters during the process of traditional Chinese medicine ironing, and no blisters appeared after reducing the ironing time each time. All patients had no abnormality in vital signs, liver and kidney functions, and electrocardiogram.Three patients in the treatment group were converted to surgery, and four patients in the control group were converted to surgery. There was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through the analysis of the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with abdominal knot type intestinal obstruction(postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction),this study proves that this treatment method can significantly shorten the hospital stay of patients, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, effectively improve the overall treatment effect of patients and the treatment efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, and is simple to operate without obvious adverse reactions,It is safe and effective as a whole, and can be used as one of the clinical treatment methods for patients with abdominal knot.
