Objective:In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke sleep reversal(PSSR)under the guidance of the theory of ’ heart and gallbladder treatment ’,compared with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of PSSR,to explore whether the efficacy of ’heart and gallbladder treatment ’ acupuncture is better than conventional acupuncture, and then to find a more optimized treatment plan for clinical treatment of PSSR.Methods:In this study,60 patients with PSSR who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Department of Encephalopathy,Rehabilitation Department and Craniocerebral Surgery Ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(heart and gallbladder treatment group)and control group(conventional acupuncture group),with 30 patients in each group.Observation group :Baihui, bilateral Shenmen,Neiguan,Xuanzhong,Yanglingquan,Xinshu,Danshu.Control group : Sishencong,Baihui,Yintang, bilateral Shenmen,Anmian,Zhaohai,Shenmai,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Fenglong. Both groups were treated once a day,6 times a week for a course of treatment, and the sleep quality of the patients was evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. The Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Insomnia Severity Index(ISI)were used to evaluate the sleep quality of patients. After the course of treatment, according to the change of PSQI total score, the score reduction rate was calculated according to nimodipine method to evaluate the therapeutic effect. The relevant data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 statistical software, and finally the conclusion was drawn. Results: 1.The two groups of patients were basically similar in gender, age, stroke type, course of disease, and degree of neurological deficit(P >0.05),and the differences were not statistically significant and comparable. The comparison results of AIS scale score,PSQI scale score and ISI scale score between the two groups before treatment were all P > 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.2.Before and after treatment, the NIHSS scale score,AIS scale score,PSQI scale score and ISI scale score of the two groups were compared within the group P < 0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.3.After treatment, the AIS scale score,PSQI scale score and ISI scale score of the two groups were P0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.4.After treatment, the total effective rate and markedly effective rate were compared. The sleep efficacy of the observation group showed that 1case(3.33 %)was cured,17 cases(56.66 %)were markedly effective,10cases(33.33 %)were improved, and 2 cases(6.66 %)were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.33 %.After treatment, the sleep efficacy of the control group showed that 0 cases were cured,10 cases(33.33 %)were markedly effective,16 cases(53.33 %)were improved,4 cases(13.33 %)were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 86.66 %.After treatment, the sleep efficacy of the two groups(Z =-2.098,P = 0.036 < 0.05)was significantly different, and the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion(s): 1.Both the ’ heart and gallbladder treatment ’ acupuncture method and the conventional acupuncture method are effective in the treatment of sleep inversion after stroke, and both can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2.The ’ heart and gallbladder treatment ’ acupuncture method is superior to the conventional acupuncture method in improving the scale score and clinical efficacy of patients with sleep inversion after stroke.3.The acupuncture method of ’ heart and gallbladder treatment ’ is an effective treatment method to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with sleep inversion after stroke, which can enrich the clinical treatment ideas.
