| Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy of kidney and blood supplement combined with acupuncture on infertility of Luteinized unruptured follicle syndromewith renal deficiency blood stasis type by observing the effect of renal blood supplementation combined with acupuncture on the infertility of renal deficiency blood stasis type unruptured follicular luteinization syndrome,so as to provide an effective method for the treatment of Luteinized unruptured follicle syndromeand enrich the treatment options of unruptured follicular luteinization syndrome.Methods:A total of 81 patients who attended the Gynecology Clinic of renai Expert Building Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 and met the criteria for inclusion of Luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome were randomly divided into three groups,including HCG group(26 cases,1 case of shedding elimination)treated with HCG alone,oral kidney tonic formula + HCG treatment in the traditional Chinese medicine + HCG group(27 cases),and oral kidney nourishment and blood revitalization formula + acupuncture + HCG treatment in the traditional Chinese medicine + acupuncture group(27 cases),and oral kidney nourishment and blood revitalization formula + acupuncture + h CG treatment in the traditional Chinese medicine + acupuncture group(27 cases).The menstrual score,TCM syndrome score,six sex hormones,clinical ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,LUFS recurrence rate,and comprehensive efficacy before and after treatment were observed,and the observation indicators were compared and analyzed.Results:(1)General data before treatment: There were no significant differences in pre-treatment age,menstrual score,TCM symptom score,and sex hormone hexanomin(P>0.05)between the three groups,and the data were comparable and valid.(2)Menstrual score: The menstrual score of the three groups was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Among them,the acupuncture drug combination group had the most significant efficacy(P<0.05),followed by the traditional Chinese medicine group,both of which were better than the HCG group alone.The comparison between the groups showed that the difference between the needle-drug combination group and the HCG alone group was the most significant,(P<0.05).(3)Sex hormones: the difference between LH,E2 and P one week after ovulation in HCG before and after treatment was statistically significant between the three groups(P<0.05),among which LH,E2 and P were better than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the HCG alone group(P<0.05)after treatment.(4)TCM syndrome scores: After treatment in the three groups,TCM syndrome scores decreased(P<0.05),the acupuncture-drug combination group was better than the TCM group(P<0.05),and both were better than HCG therapy alone(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of efficacy indicators:(1)Ovulation rate: the ovulation rate of the injection-drug combination group after treatment was 65.5%,the traditional Chinese medicine group was 51.5%,and the HCG group was38.8%.The difference in ovulation rate between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the combination of acupuncture and medicine group had the best effect in improving the clinical ovulation rate,followed by the traditional Chinese medicine group and finally the western medicine group.(2)LUFS recurrence rate: After treatment,the recurrence rate of LUFS in the three groups was 61% in the HCG group,48% in the traditional Chinese medicine group,and 34% in the acupuncture-drug combination group.The difference in LUFS recurrence rate between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the LUFS recurrence rate was the lowest in the acupuncture-drug combination group,followed by the traditional Chinese medicine group and the highest recurrence rate in the HCG group.(3)Pregnancy outcome: after treatment,the clinical pregnancy rate of the injection group was 65%;The clinical pregnancy rate in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 51%;The clinical pregnancy rate in the HCG group was 30%.There was a statistically significant difference in pregnancy rate between the three groups(P<0.05),and the combination of needle and drug group had the best effect on pregnancy outcome,followed by traditional Chinese medicine group and finally HCG group.(4)Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms: the effective rate of the acupuncture group after treatment was 88.4%,the effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 62.9%,the effective rate of the HCG group was 13%,and there was a statistical difference in the effective rate of TCM symptoms in the three groups(P<0.5),among which the efficacy of the acupuncture group was the most significant,followed by the TCM group,and the effective rates of the acupuncture group and the HCG group were significantly better than those of the Western medicine group.(5)Comparison of clinical comprehensive efficacy: the total clinical effective rate of the acupuncture group after treatment was 93.7%,the total clinical effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 89.6%,and the total clinical effective rate of the HCG group was 79.3%.There was a statistical difference in the clinical efficacy of the three groups(P<0.5),and the effective rate of the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the acupuncture-drug combination group was comparable to that of the traditional Chinese medicine group,and both were higher than those in the HCG group.(6)Safety indicators: During this clinical study,none of the three groups of patients had abnormal safety indicators.Conclusion: 1.The clinical efficacy of kidney tonifying and blood revitalization formula combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with renal deficiency and blood stasis unruptured follicular syndrome infertility is better than that of HCG therapy alone and traditional Chinese medicine + HCG therapy.2.Kidney replenishment and blood stimulation combined with acupuncture can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with renal deficiency blood stasis type unruptured follicular xanthinization infertility,improve the level of sex hormones during ovulation,improve the ovulation rate,reduce the recurrence rate of LUFS,and effectively improve the clinical pregnancy rate. |
