In recent years,the situation of eyesight health problems in children and adolescents is becoming increasingly serious.The myopia rate is increasing year by year and the trend of younger people is obvious.Physical activity is an important means to prevent and control myopia.Dynamic visual acuity,axial length of eye,corneal curvature,anterior chamber depth and other structural parameters of eye are intrinsically correlated with visual acuity level.Therefore,this study regards the prevention and control of proximity as the ultimate goal,and on this basis,explores the relationship between extracurricular sports activities,ocular structural parameters,dynamic vision and naked eye distant vision.Objective:1.based on 1 to 6 grade students to participate in the kinds of projects of different intensity,duration,frequency,investigates exercise of extracurricular sports activities and open hole on the far vision and dynamic vision,ocular axial length,corneal curvature,anterior chamber depth measurement and analysis,observation of youth eye structure parameters,open hole far vision and dynamic vision of data distribution.2.The correlation between these data was analyzed to study the influence of extracurricular sports activities on naked far visual acuity,and whether it would affect naked far visual acuity through mediating ocular structural parameters(axial length,corneal curvature,anterior chamber depth)and dynamic visual acuity;That is,whether there is a relationship like X(independent variable)->M(intermediate variable)->Y(dependent variable).3.Enrich the theoretical system of adolescent vision health.Methods:1.Literature method:collect and consult relevant domestic and foreign literature and data to lay a solid theoretical foundation for this study.2.A total of 501 students from grade one to grade six in Suzhou High-tech Zone primary School were randomly selected.Standard logarithmic visual acuity chart and XP.14-TD-J905 dynamic visual acuity tester were used to measure naked far visual acuity and dynamic visual acuity,and ZEISS IOL Master biometric instrument was used to measure ocular structure parameters.The axial length,corneal curvature(flat axial corneal curvature K1,steep axial corneal curvature K2,and average corneal curvature Km)and anterior chamber depth were recorded.3.Distribute questionnaires to selected students to investigate the frequency,duration,intensity and project of extracurricular activities.4.Mathematical statistics:SPSS20.0 was used for descriptive,difference and correlation statistical analysis,multiple linear regression was used to verify the mediation effect,and P value was defined as 0.05.Results:1.The level of naked far visual acuity decreased with age in grade one to grade six,and dynamic visual acuity decreased slowly with age after grade two and three entered the developmental sensitive stage.Axial length and anterior chamber depth increased with age,while corneal curvature decreased with age.In terms of gender differences,the level of naked far visual acuity and dynamic visual acuity of boys were higher than that of girls,and the value of ocular structure parameters was also higher than that of girls.2.Extracurricular sports activities were positively correlated with naked far visual acuity in frequency and item(R=0.123,R=0.153),and with dynamic visual acuity in intensity and item(R=0.143,R=0.430);Axial length was positively correlated with the frequency,duration,intensity and item of extracurricular sports activities(R=0.113,R=0.161,R=0.121,R=0.186).Anterior chamber depth was positively correlated with frequency,duration,intensity and item of extracurricular physical activity(R=0.114,R=0.124,R=0.120,R=0.244),while corneal curvature was negatively correlated with item of extracurricular physical activity(R=-0.120).There was a negative correlation between naked far visual acuity and axial length(R=-0.436),with anterior chamber depth(R=-0.243),and with corneal curvature(R=-0.148).3.Extracurricular sports activities significantly affected the level of naked far visual acuity(P<0.05),and extracurricular sports activities significantly affected dynamic visual acuity and ocular structure parameters(P<0.05).When extracurricular sports activities and dynamic visual acuity and eye structure parameters entered the regression equation at the same time,dynamic visual acuity and eye structure parameters could significantly affect the naked eye far visual acuity level(P<0.01),but the influence coefficient of extracurricular sports activities on naked eye far visual acuity level disappeared significantly(P>0.05).The R2 value of the regression analysis of dynamic visual acuity and eye structure parameters was 0.475,which was greater than the R2 value of the regression analysis of extracurricular sports activities on eye structure parameters.Conclusion:Through correlation analysis and stepwise multiple linear regression,it is verified that there are two mediating variables,dynamic vision and ocular structural parameters,in the process of the influence of extracurricular sports activities on primary school students’ naked eye distant vision,that is,extracurricular sports activities can further affect the level of naked eye distant vision through the change of dynamic vision and ocular structural parameters. |
