| Objective:By observing the changes of neurological deficit score,Barthel index(BI)score and clinical symptoms before and after treatment in patients with stroke sequelae,this study aims to determine and evaluate the clinical efficacy of bamboo tube plum-blossom needle therapy combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of stroke sequelae of qi deficiency and blood stasis type(internal wind syndrome),so as to develop Yao medicine characteristic therapy and enrich the theoretical connotation of Yao medicine,to provide a basis for clinical promotion.Methods:A total of 60 patients with sequelae of stroke(internal wind syndrome)were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with plum needle with bamboo tube of Yao medicine combined with ordinary acupuncture,and the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.After acupuncture,the soaked medicinal wine(selected eleven parties medicinal wine developed by the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)was applied to the selected acupoints,and the plum needle in a bamboo tube was stained with the medicinal wine and knocked.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture at the treatment points.The acupoints of the two groups were the same,including bilateral Hegu(LI 4),Quchi(LI 10),Zusanli(ST 36),Xuehai(SP 10),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Weizhong(BL 20)and ashi point.Bilateral Hegu,Quchi and Weizhong were treated with twirling reduction method;Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Xuehai point with twirling method;The remaining acupoints were treated with flat reinforcing and reducing manipulation,and the needles were retained for 40 minutes,once every 10 minutes,once a day.The two groups were treated 10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment,and the next course of treatment was started after 5 days of rest after each course.After sorting out the data,SPSS27.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.α=0.05 was selected as the test level,and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.After 3 courses of treatment,the neurological deficit score and Barthel index(BI)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:A total of 60 subjects were included in this study.According to the requirements of clinical experimental design,the corresponding treatment and relevant evaluation were completed.1.Comparison before treatment:(1)There was no significant difference in the general data between the treatment group and the control group,including gender,age and course of disease(p>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(2)There was no significant difference in Barthel index score and neurological deficit score between the two groups before treatment,which were comparable.2.Comparison after treatment:(1)After treatment,Barthel index score and neurological deficit score in the two groups were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant.The treatment group and the control group had significant effects on improving limb motor function,daily living ability and neurological function of patients with stroke sequelae;(2)The difference of Barthel index score and neurological deficit score between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)None of the 60 cases had adverse reactions during the treatment.In the treatment group,4 cases were basically cured,18 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was as high as 93.3%.In the control group,3 cases were basically cured,16 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and 6cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 80%.p=0.01(p<0.05),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.It can be considered that the clinical efficacy of the two groups was different,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion(s):(1)The bamboo tube plum blossom needle combined with acupuncture has obvious curative effect on the activities of daily living,limb motor function and nerve function in the patients with stroke sequelae of qi deficiency and collateral-stasis type,and the comprehensive curative effect is better than the ordinary acupuncture group.(2)Bamboo tube plum-blossom needle combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with stroke sequelae,reduce the recurrence rate and disability rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
