Based On The Theory Of Five Flavors Into Five Zang Organs,the Mechanism And Experience Of Wuwei Xiaoke Formula In Treating Type 2 Diabetes Were Discussed

Objective: In this paper,the connotation and development of the theory of "five flavors into five viscera" are analyzed to guide clinical application.Guided by the theory of "five tastes into five Zang organs",this paper discusses the cubic mechanism of Wuwei Xiaoke recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Deng Xiaomin’s application of Wuwei Xiaoke recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes based on the theory of "five tastes into five Zang organs",providing theoretical support and research direction for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:This paper is divided into two parts: literature research and experience summary.The first part of the literature research takes the 5th edition of Chinese Medical Code and CNKI as the main search platform,searches with the keywords of "five tastes","five Zang organs" and "five tastes into five Zang organs",sorts out and analyzes the connotation and development of the theory of "five tastes into five Zang organs",so as to guide clinical application.The second part is the summary of experience with CNKI as the main search platform,with "Xiaoke","type 2 diabetes","Wuwei Xiaoke Fang" and its component drugs as the keywords for search,analysis and summary of Deng Shi’s cubic idea of applying Wuwei Xiaoke Fang in the treatment of type 2 diabetes based on the theory of "five flavors into five Zang organs",explore the compatibility characteristics of the combination of prescriptions.The sex and taste conversion,efficacy and indications,pharmacological action and clinical application of each drug in the prescription were summarized,and the clinical experience and medication characteristics of Professor Deng Xiaomin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes were summarized by combining with the cases of patients with type 2diabetes collected by the author during the study with teachers.Results: 1.The connotation and development of the theory of "five tastes into Five Zang organs" were expounded by searching "Chinese Medical Code" and China National Knowledge Network.Through the selective relationship between five tastes and five Zang organs,according to the law of five Zang organs’ producing and destroying,syndrome differentiation and treatment of five Zang diseases were carried out.2.The cubic idea of Wuwei Xiaoke formula is based on "five zang organs are weak" as the key cause and mechanism of thirst quenching,following the theoretical thought of "five tastes into five Zang organs",corresponding five tastes to five Zang organs,combining with the theory of reinforcing and emptying the Zang organs,starting from the five Zang organs,based on the syndrome differentiation of Zang organs,according to the law of the five Zang organs,each of the five tastes into its favorite Zang organs,and correct the bias of the Zang organs with the bias of medicinal properties.Identify the zang-fu organs that the disease and syndrome focus on,rationally apply the four Qi and five flavors of drugs to the Zang-fu organs for profit and loss and remedy defects,and achieve the purpose of nourishing and lowering blood sugar by "filling and cultivating the five Zang-organs".3.By referring to the second edition of the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the 10 th edition of the planning textbook of Chinese Medicine colleges and universities,summarize the ten medicinal flavor and meridian conversion of the Five kinds of Xiaoke prescription from the perspective of TCM.(1)Among the five flavors,there are 4 sweet flavors,2bitter flavors,2 salty flavors,1 hot flavor and 1 sour flavor.(2)The drug into the spleen by 7 taste,into the liver by 6 taste,into the lung by 5 taste,into the kidney by 4 taste,into the heart by 4 taste,the five viscera are into,more than the same.4.Through searching CNKI.com,it is concluded from the level of modern medicine that Wuwei Xiaoke can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes,improve insulin resistance,regulate the level of glucose and lipid metabolism,delay the process of type 2diabetes,and prevent later complications.5.Combined with the analysis of medical cases,the author summarized the experience of Professor Deng Xiaomin’s application of Wuwei Xiaoke recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes based on the theory of "five flavors into five Zang Organs" :(1)"Five Zang organs are weak" is the key etiology and pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes,and the treatment principles of "harmony of Yin and Yang,filling up the five Zang organs,nourishing the five Zang organs and lowering sugar" were established based on the syndrome differentiation of the five Zang organs;(2)Treatment of type 2 diabetes based on syndrome differentiation and combination,according to different TCM syndromes and individual physical differences of patients in clinical application,adding or subtracting drugs with concurrent symptoms;(3)To make good use of antidrugs to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in clinical practice,so as to enhance the hypoglycemic effect;(4)Clinical drug use is guided by the theory of four qi and five tastes,following the characteristics of five tastes,and making good use of the methods of "Xin and Gan Yang","acid and Gan and" Xin and Qu "to regulate Yin and Yang and regulate zang fu organs,so as to achieve the purpose of nourishing and lowering blood sugar to treat type 2 diabetes.Conclusion(s):1.The theory of "Five tastes into the Five Zang organs" can be adopted through the selective relationship between the five tastes and the five Zang organs,and the five tastes into the viscera they like to nourish the five Zang organs.According to the law of the five Zang organs,the five Zang diseases can be treated according to syndrome differentiation,and the five tastes can be used to adjust the balance and coordination of the five Zang Qi,which can be used to guide the drug use and diet maintenance of the clinical prescription.2.Professor Deng Xiaomin believes that the "five Zang organs are weak" is the key cause and mechanism of thirst quenching.Based on the theory of "five tastes into five Zang organs",the five tastes are corresponding to the five Zang organs.3.Establish the treatment principle of "harmony of Yin and Yang,filling up the five Zang organs,strengthening and lowering blood sugar",and apply Wuwei Xiaoke formula to treat type 2 diabetes,among which the Qi and Yin deficiency type has the best effect.In clinical application,according to the individual physical differences of patients and the increase and decrease of concurrent syndrome with the disease,the effect is accurate and worthy of promotion and application.
