Research On The Shengjiang Powder Recipe Syndrome And Its Application Laws Based On Data Mining

Objective: Using data mining technology and traditional Chinese medicine theory to analyze clinical record data of Shengjiang Powder,summarize the characteristics of basic Recipe Syndrome and clinical application rules of addition and subtraction.Method: On the basis of theoretical research,the medical cases records of Shengjiang Powder were collected through TCM works and periodical literature,and the inclusion and exclusion criteria were formulated,and the medical records were screened to form data sources.The data warehouse is established after data preprocessing,and data mining methods such as statistics,association rules and cluster analysis are used to mine and analyze the data.Combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and febrile disease,the results were discussed,and the recipe syndrome rule and clinical application characteristics of Shengjiang Powder were objectively analyzed.Results:1.Common information: In terms of gender,there were 436 cases of 443 met the standard of treatment,including 229 male cases(53%)and 207 female cases(47%).In terms of age,a total of 440 cases were recorded,the minimum age was 1 year old,the maximum age was 80 years old,and the average age was 39 years old.Among them,18 cases were childhood,53 cases were young,162 cases were young,181 cases were middle aged,and 26 cases were old.In terms of the onset season,374 cases with definite time records were collected,of which 133 cases(35%)were found in spring,96 cases(26%)in summer,81cases(22%)in autumn,and 64 cases(17%)in winter.2.Diseases: A total of 100 kinds of TCM diseases are involved,covering all system types of internal medicine,including cough,cold,insomnia,vertigo,hypochondriac pain,purple spots,etc.It involves 175 kinds of Western medicine diseases,accounting for about 60% of internal medicine diseases,and the nervous system,digestive system and respiratory system are more common in internal medicine diseases.3.Symptoms: 420 symptoms were involved,and the total frequency was5390 times.The most important symptoms with a frequency higher than 100 were insomnia(31.60%),irritability(30.70%),dry mouth(27.31%),loss of appetite(27.09%),dry stool(26.64%),constipation(23.48%).The main tongue and pulse characteristics were rapid pulse(57.56%),stringy pulse(53.50%),red tongue(52.82%),yellow tongue fur(37.47%),smooth pulse(34.31%),greasy tongue fur(33.63%),and fine pulse(30.70%).Among the association rules among symptoms,the binomial association rule with high support was red tongue → rapid pulse(35.89%,67.37%,1.19),and the three-item association rule with high confidence was annoyance,smooth pulse → rapid pulse(10.16%,83.33%,1.48).The higher degree of improvement was insomnia,stringy pulse,rapid pulse→ upset(10.38%,76.67%,2.51).Three significant syndromes were identified by cluster analysis: C1: dry mouth,bitter mouth,dry stool,yellow urine,pulse string,loss of appetite,white tongue fur;C2: fatigue,exhaustion,thin pulse,irritability,heavy pulse,insomnia,dizziness,chest tightness;C3: Pulse slippery,headache,thin yellow coating,sore throat,fever,cough,rapid pulse,constipation,red tongue.4.Drugs: The use frequency of the four drugs of the original recipe was a ll over 90%,followed by periostracum cicada(99.77%),bombyx batryticatus(99.55%),turmeric and turmeric tablets(95.48%),rhubarb(90.29)%.The ass ociation rule of drugs suggested that the two drug combinations with the stron gest correlation in the original recipe were bombyx batryticatus and turmeric,the support degree was 72.23476%,the confidence degree of bombyx batrytic atus → turmeric was 72.56236%,and the confidence degree of turmeric → bo mbyx batryticatus was 100%.Symptom and drug association rules suggested t hat the rule with high confidence and promotion degree was fatigue → rhubar b.A total of 322 flavored drugs were used,and the most flavored drugs were h eat-clearing drugs.78 flavored drugs were used for a total of 955 times,amon g which licorice was used for the most times,177 times.The association rules of added drugs showed that the drug combinations with high association were mainly hawthorn-Shenqu-malt,forsythia-honeysuckle-licorice,gardenia-tempeh,bupleurum-scutellaria-Pinellia ternata.Three significant clustering combinations were formed :C1: Forsythia,honeysuckle,licorice,radix platyc odon and radix scrophulariae.C2: Pinellia ternata,Tangerine peel,poria cocos,Atractylodes atractylodes;C3: Bupleurum,scutellaria,paeoniae alba and Fruc tus aurantii.Conclusion:1.General situation: there is little difference in the proportion of males;Young and middle-aged people have more opportunities to use Shengjiang Powder,and it can be used in all seasons,especially in spring and summer.2.Spectrum of diseases: TCM diseases are mainly composed of internal medicine,involving febrile diseases,ent,dermatology,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics.Western medicine disease spectrum is mainly internal medicine,covering nervous,digestive,respiratory,urinary and other system diseases,frequently used for sleep disorders,unexplained fever,pneumonia and other diseases.3.Syndromic characteristics: the core symptoms of Shengjiang Powder are insomnia,upset,dry mouth,loss of appetite,dry stool,constipation,can be accompanied by fever,fatigue,bitter mouth,cough,yellow urine,headache,fatigue,sore throat,dizziness,chest tightness,abdominal distension and other common symptoms;Tongue is mainly red,and tongue coating is yellow and greasy.Different pulse images can reflect the different degree of stagnation heat.Red tongue and rapid pulse are the important basis for syndrome differentiation.In the correlation between symptoms and signs of the syndrome of Shengjiang Powder,the pathogenesis of "depression" and the pathogenesis of "heat" appear in no particular order."Heat" is accompanied by "Yu",and "Yu" is accompanied by "heat".The pathogenesis of stagnation heat also showed different syndromes under the influence of different pathologic factors and different locations.4.Characteristics of medication: The drug use of Shengjiang Powder recipe is stable.Modern doctors mostly use the warm turmeric.And the application of bombyx batryticatus and cicada slough is emphasized.The association rule of drugs and symptoms found that the occurrence of deficiency syndromes such as exhaustion,fatigue and thin pulse were closely related to the use of rhubarb and turmeric.Among the flavorings,licorice was the most common,and hawthorn – Shenqu-malt,forsythia-honeysuckle-licorice,gardenia-tempeh,bupleurum-scutellaria-Pinellia ternata were closely related.In addition,it is often combined with Yinqiao powder for lung wei stagnation heat syndrome;Erchen decoction is used for phlegm-dampness stagnation;Similar to Sini powder in treating pathogenesis,it is also used incompatibility.
