Objective: In this paper,Jiang Xiji’s existing works "Wangshi Qiwei","Medical quotient","Doctor of Medicine","Shanghanyi" and so on are used as the original materials.combined with relevant literature,collates and studies Jiang Shiji’s life,main works and medical records,and deeply excavates Jiang Shiji’s academic origin,academic experience,treatment characteristics and drug use law.show Jiang Shiji’s innovative medical thoughts and clinical experience,make up for the current lack of research content of Jiang Shiji,and provide reference for the academic and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Methods:1.By using the method of literature research,we collect Jiang shiji’s extant works and related literature,and sort out Jiang shiji’s life,main works and medical records comprehensively and objectively,so as to lay a foundation for the follow-up research work.2.By using the method of data mining,the medical prescriptions that meet the inclusion standards in the collected medical records are entered into EXCEL 2010 for preliminary arrangement.Using SPSS statistical software,combined with statistical analysis methods,Jiang shiji’s medication characteristics and rules are summarized.3.By using the research methods of literature retrieval,analysis and comparison,induction,combined with the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine philology and various theories of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper makes a more comprehensive study of Jiang shiji’s academic origin,academic experience and treatment characteristics.Results: Academic origin: Jiang shiji attaches importance to the inheritance and application of various classic works of traditional Chinese medicine,and his writings are based on the medical theory in Yellow Emperor
