Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of "Tong yang jiu fa" in the treatment of residual pain after percutaneous spinal endoscopy for lumbar disc herniation, analyze the mechanism of " Tong yang jiu fa " in the treatment of residual pain after percutaneous spinal endoscopy for lumbar disc herniation, and demonstrate the effectiveness of " Tong yang jiu fa " in the treatment of residual pain after percutaneous spinal endoscopy for lumbar disc herniation through statistical data processing and analysis.Take advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in treating residual pain after percutaneous spinal endoscopy to accelerate postoperative recovery of patients. Methods: A total of 60 patients diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation and treated with percutaneous spinal endoscopy and postoperative residual back and leg pain were selected from the spine department of Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023.The patients were divided into 2 groups by random number table method, with 30 cases in control group and 30 cases in observation group.Patients in both groups were given routine care, regular dressing change, and guided functional exercise after surgery.Control group was simply treated with celecoxib capsules + mecobalamine tablets for 1 week.Observation group was treated on the basis of drug(celecoxib capsule + mecobalamine tablet)and " Tong yang jiu fa ",the whole course of treatment was treated 7 times, once a day,5-7 days after surgery, can continue to be treated in the clinic.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score were observed and recorded in 2 groups 1 day,1 week,2 weeks and 1month after treatment, and the results were statistically analyzed. At the same time, the modified Mac Nab efficacy evaluation criteria were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the patients at the review one month after surgery. Results: 1.The comparison of general data between the two groups of patients, including gender, age, course of disease and onset segments, was statistically processed, and the results showed that P > 0.05,indicating no significant statistical difference, and the general data of the two groups of patients were comparable.2.Comparison of VAS score: Intra-group comparison: Compared with the day before and after treatment,VAS scores of the two groups showed a continuous decreasing trend at the follow-up visits of 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after treatment, and statistical analysis showed that P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between groups: comparison between groups on the first postoperative day showed P > 0.05,indicating no statistically significant difference.Comparison among groups at 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after surgery showed P < 0.05,indicating statistically significant difference. After treatment,VAS scores in both groups showed a downward trend, and the downward trend in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group, indicating that the observation group had more obvious relief of early postoperative pain.3.Comparison of JOA score: Intra-group comparison: The JOA scores of the two groups at follow-up visits 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after treatment showed a continuous upward trend compared with the day before and after treatment, and statistical analysis showed that P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between groups: The JOA scores data of the two groups on the first postoperative day were compared between groups, and P > 0.05 was obtained, indicating no statistically significant difference. The comparison among groups at 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after surgery showed P < 0.05,indicating statistically significant difference. After treatment, the JOA scores of both groups showed an upward trend, and the upward trend of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group, indicating that the observation group was superior to the control group in early postoperative lumbar function recovery, improvement in life and exercise.4.Comparison of curative effect: the results of the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 90.00%,and the results of the control group was 73.00%.After calculation,P < 0.05 was obtained, indicating that the difference was statistically significant, which indicated that the overall efficacy of the observation group in the treatment of residual pain after percutaneous endoscopic spine surgery was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion: “Tong yang jiu fa”therapy is effective in the treatment of residual pain after percutaneous endoscopic spine surgery for lumbar disc herniation.Early treatment and intervention of postoperative residual symptoms is beneficial to reduce postoperative pain and numbness in the waist and lower limbs, promote the recovery of lumbar function, restore self-care ability and improve quality of life. |
