Clinical Observation Of Jieyu Anshen Recipe Combined With Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets In Treating Depression Syndro Me (Liver Qi Stagnation Type)

Objective: In order to explore the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Anshen prescription combined with Escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of depression syndrome(liver qi stagnation type),at the same time,we provide a new evidence-based basis for clinical treatment of depression syndrome.Methods: We randomly divide the sixty patients with depression syndrome(liver qi stagnation type)who met the inclusion criteria of this study into control group and observation group with 30 patients in each group.The oral Escitalopram oxalate system treatment was given to control group,at the same the time,Jieyu Anshen prescription on the basis of the control group was given to the observation group.Each group was treated for 8 weeks.By observing the scores of TCM syndrome Scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMD-14),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups,we can evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Anshen prescription combined with escitalopram oxalate.Results:(1)Curative effect of TCM syndrome: The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.2%,and that of the control group was 71.43%.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).(1)Intra-group comparison: The TCM syndrome scores of the observation group and the control group after treatment were all lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);After treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the observation group and the control group decreased significantly(P <0.05);(2)Comparison between groups: After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In addition,the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(2)Hamilton Anxiety Scale score(HAMD-14): The overall effective rate of the observation group was 89.66%,and that of the control group was78.57%,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(1)Intra-group comparison: After treatment,HAMD-14 in the observation group and the control group decreased significantly(P < 0.05);(2)Comparison between groups: After treatment,the difference between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant.There was no difference between Jieyu Anshen Formula combined with escitalopram oxalate and escitalopram alone.(3)Hamilton Depression Scale score(HAMD-17): The overall effective rate of the observation group was 82.76%,and that of the control group was 75.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(1)Intra-group comparison: The HAMD-17 of the observation group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: After remedy,the HAMD-17 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(4)Pittsburgh Sleep Index score(PSQI): the overall effective rate was93.10% in the observation group and 82.14% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(1)Comparison within groups: PSQI in observation group and control group after treatment was lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);(2)Comparison between groups: After treatment,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(5)Safety:After treatment,the test results of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion(s): Jieyu Anshen Formula combined with escitalopram oxalate is more effective than western medicine alone in improving the symptoms of TCM,sleep and depression in patients with depression of liver-qi stagnation,and to some extent,it can improve anxiety symptoms,safe and effective.
