Study On Correlation Between Gangrene And Solar Term And Season

Objective: "Gangrene" is equivalent to peripheral vascular diseases such as thromboangiitis obliterans,diabetes foot and arteriosclerotic obliterans of lower limbs in modern medicine.It has recurrent onset,long treatment cycle,and will face high risk of amputation in the middle and later stages,which is dangerous to health.Based on the study of the correlation between gangrene and the solar term and season(i.e.time medicine)in Guangxi,this paper discusses the regularity of gangrene incidence,so as to further understand the incidence of gangrene,so as to combine the idea of "treating stomach disease" in traditional Chinese medicine,and achieve the prevention of the occurrence of gangrene.Methods: The medical records of 412 patients with gangrene were retrospectively studied.The patients were from the inpatient area of Ruikang Clinical Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017(Lichun)to January 2023(Lichun).Record the diagnosis,gender,age of admission,TCM syndrome type,onset season,solar term,and related indicators of western medicine,etc.,establish a table to count the season,solar term,TCM syndrome,gender,age,and related indicators of western medicine of the patients with gangrene,and then use Excel 2021 circular distribution statistical method and SPSS26.0 statistical software to analyze the data.Results: 1.412 cases of gangrene in line with the inclusion criteria.According to the frequency statistics table,294 cases(71.4%)of male patients,118 cases(28.6%)of female patients,121 cases(29.4%)of<60 years old,and 291 cases(70.6%)of ≥60 years old were found.2.According to the frequency statistical table,the frequency of gangrene is winter(32.25%)>spring(25.24%)>summer(24.27%)>autumn(17.23%).According to the distribution of 24 solar terms,the incidence of severe cold in winter(9.71%)is the highest,Qingming in spring(5.1%)is the highest,Xiaoman in summer(5.83%)is the highest,and Bailu in autumn(6.31%)is the highest.3.According to the frequency statistical table,it is found that the distribution of the 20 solar terms of the type of gangrene syndrome is cold and dampness blocking collaterals,and the peak of the onset of the solar terms is cold and clear.The damp-heat poison and the heat poison are concentrated in summer,the former is the summer solstice;The latter is heatstroke,blood stasis and pulse obstruction and deficiency of both qi and blood are concentrated in winter,and the former The latter are all severe cold.4.Using Excel 2021 circular distribution statistical method,it was found that the incidence of gangrene had a centralized trend(P.5.From the beginning of spring to the valley rain term,the beginning of spring to the valley rain term and the gender grouping were statistically significant(P.There was statistically significant difference between the group of the beginning of spring and the valley rain term and the age group(P.There was no statistically significant difference between the grouping of the spring and valley rain terms and total cholesterol(PLT),triglyceride(PT)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference between the grouping and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The incidence of gangrene is mainly in cold and wet seasons,and the number of people who suffer from gangrene is relatively large when the solar term changes.2.The incidence of gangrene has a tendency of solar term concentration,and the rainy solar term is the peak of incidence,corresponding to spring.
