Objective: This study aims to observe the clinical effect of antispasmoid Sanyu decoction combined with comprehensive functional exercise on postoperative recovery of PLIF,to explore the effectiveness of postoperative rehabilitation program under the guidance of the medication ideas of TCM master Wei Guikang,and the concept of functional rehabilitation,so as to provide theoretical basis and data support for its wide use in clinical practice.To combine traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristics with modern scientific concepts to provide a reference for finding safe and effective rapid rehabilitation programs for postoperative patients with lumbar degenerative diseases.Methods: A total of 60 patients receiving PLIF surgery were selected from 2wards of Spine Surgery Department of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment plus Western medicine(Diosmin tablets,metocobalamin tablets)+conventional functional exercise,the observation group was treated with basic treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine(spasmolysis and stasis decoction)+ comprehensive functional exercise.General data of the two groups were recorded,as well as related pain scores(VAS,JOA)before and after surgery.Inflammation and stress indicators interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-A(TNF-a),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),C-reactive protein(CRP);Through data collection,statistics and analysis,the differences between the two groups of data were evaluated and preliminary conclusions were drawn.Results:1.VAS pain score: the VAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly with the extension of time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall improvement of VAS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the observation group and the control group before operation and on the first day after operation(P>0.05).At 1 week and 4weeks after operation,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group,and the pain symptoms were improved more obviously.2.JOA scores of the two groups increased significantly with the extension of time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall functional improvement of JOA score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in JOA score between the observation group and the control group before operation(P>0.05).At 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation,the JOA score of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the rising trend of JOA score in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group,and the functional recovery was more significant.3.Results of inflammation and stress indexes: There was no significant difference in the inflammation and stress indexes(IL-6,TNF-a,IL-1β,CRP)between the observation group and the control group on the first day after surgery(P>0.05),indicating that there was a comparability.The inflammation and stress indexes(IL-6,TNF-a,IL-1β,CRP)between the observation group and the control group on the seventh day after surgery were compared.Compared with the control group,it was found that the concentration of peripheral blood serum inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which proved that there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after the first day and the seventh day after the surgery time node comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and after the mean comparison,the observation group had a significant advantage in the decline of inflammatory indicators.Suggesting that the observation group was more effective in reducing inflammation.4.Overall efficacy: The overall efficacy rate of the experimental group was 96.2%,and the overall efficacy rate of the control group was 81.5%.The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The combination of Jiejin Sanyu decoction and comprehensive functional exercise is conducive to the recovery of patients after PLIF surgery.The postoperative rehabilitation program under the guidance of the characteristic concept of TCM master Wei Guikang,alleviate the pain symptoms of patients during perioperative period,improve the early lumbar dysfunction,reduce the postoperative inflammation and stress indicators,and accelerate the recovery of the daily life function of patients after surgery.It is suitable for clinical application.
