ObjectiveTo investigate the status of negative cognitive processing bias in patients with Parkinson’s Disease;to explore whether there is a difference in negative cognitive processing bias between Parkinson ’s Disease patients with rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder and those without rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder;to explore the correlation between depression and negative cognitive processing bias in patients with Parkinson ’ s Disease;to explore the influencing factors of negative cognitive processing bias in patients with Parkinson ’s Disease, and to provide guidance for the subsequent implementation of clinical nursing to correct the distorted cognition of patients with Parkinson ’s Disease.MethodsA total of 156 Parkinson’s Disease patients were investigated using convenience sampling method from December 2021 to August 2022.The Parkinson’s Disease patients’ levels and influencing factors of negative cognitive processing bias were investigated with self-designed general information questionnaire,Modified Hoehn &Yahr grading scale(H-Y),The REM Sleep Behavior Disorder Screening Questionnaire(RBDSQ),Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ(BDI-Ⅱ),Negative Cognitive Processing Bias Questionnaire(NCPBQ).The SPSS25.0 statistical software were used for statistical analysis. There are t test, univariate analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results1.Negative cognitive processing bias in Parkinson’s Disease patientsA total of 156 patients with Parkinson’s Disease were included in this study. The total score of negative cognitive processing bias was(44.99 ± 10.72),which was at a moderate to high level. The scores of each dimension were as follows: negative attention bias(10.40 ± 3.01),negative memory bias(10.92 ± 2.96),negative interpretation bias(11.62 ± 2.97),negative rumination bias(12.47 ± 3.95),plus,the negative rumination bias and negative interpretation bias are significantly higher than the domestic norm.2.The univariate analysis of negative cognitive processing bias in patients with Parkinson’s DiseaseUnivariate analysis revealed total negative cognitive processing bias for patients with Parkinson’s Disease was significantly associated with living environment, personal monthly income, the course of Parkinson’s Disease, sleeping time, sleeping pills and rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder.3.The correlation between negative cognitive processing bias and depression in patients with Parkinson ’s DiseaseThere was a positive correlation between the total score and each dimension of negative cognitive processing bias in patients with Parkinson’s Disease and the total score and each dimension of Beck Depression Inventory-II.4.Regression analysis of negative cognitive processing bias in patients with Parkinson’s DiseaseMultiple regression analysis showed that course of Parkinson’s Disease, rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder and cognitive-affective dimension from Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ are influencing factors of Parkinson’s Disease negative cognitive processing bias, which explained 57.2% of the variance.Conclusion1.The negative cognitive processing bias of patients with Parkinson’s Disease is in the medium to high level, especially in the negative rumination bias.Intervention measures should be taken to reduce the level of negative cognitive processing bias of patients with Parkinson ’s Disease.2.Patients with Parkinson’s Disease generally have rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorders, and patients with rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorders have higher levels of negative cognitive processing bias.Besides,The higher the depression of patients with Parkinson ’s Disease, the deeper the negative cognitive processing bias. Therefore, actively improving the depression of patients is conducive to alleviating the negative cognitive processing bias of patients and improving the quality of life.3.Negative cognitive processing bias in patients with Parkinson’s Disease is mainly affected by the course of Parkinson’s Disease, rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder, and cognitive-affective dimension from Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ.Medical staff should formulate individualized disease caring programs, improve self-efficacy,increase positive experience, and reduce the level of negative cognitive processing bias.
