| Propose:Low-Dose Radiography,Radiography, and CT were used to measure the the combined anteversion Angle after total hip arthroplasty. To investigate the clinical application value of radiography, especially low-dose radiography detection,in evaluating the position of prosthesis after hip arthroplasty. Methods:Fifty patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty in our hospital between 2021 and 2022 were collected.Low-dose radiography(70kVp,12.5mAs),radiography(75kVp,25mAs),pelvic CT and femur CT were taken after surgery for all patients. The femoral prosthesis anteversion, acetabular prosthesis anteversion and combined anteversion were measured and calculated, and the measured results were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)Low dose radiography(70kVp,12.5mAs)was selected to meet the needs of this study.(2)low-dose radiograph of femoral prosthesis anteversion 14.790°±5.783°,radiograph of femoral prosthesis anteversion 14.76°±5.111°,CT of femoral prosthesis anteversion 16.15°±9.436°;low-dose radiograph of acetabular prosthesis anteversion 22.01°±0.979°(Lewinnek method),21.86°±0.916°(Liaw method);radiograph of acetabular prosthesis anteversion 21.91°±0.850°(Lewinnek method),21.9°±1.014°(Liaw method),CT of acetabular prosthesis anteversion 23.85°±4.574°;low-dose radiograph of combined anteversion 36.80°±5.852°(Lewinnek method),36.740°±5.901°(Liaw method),radiograph of combined anteversion 36.68°±5.194°(Lewinnek method),36.62°±5.243°(Liaw method);CT of combined anteversion 40.00°±9.915°.The results of intra-group and inter-group consistency analysis showed good consistency(ICC>0.75).Therefore,it is considered that the experimental data have high reliability.(3)Compared with CT,there was no significant difference in the results of low-dose radiograph and radiograph detection(p>0.05).Compared with CT measurement of acetabular prosthesis anteversion, there was no statistical difference between low-dose radiograph and radiograph detection results(p>0.05).Compared with CT,there was no significant difference in the results of low-dose radiograph and radiograph detection(p>0.05).(4)There was a good correlation(r>0.40)between the low-dose radiograph of femoral prosthesis anteversion, radiograph of femoral prosthesis anteversion with CT of femoral prosthesis anteversion,low-dose radiograph of acetabular prosthesis anteversion, radiograph of acetabular prosthesis anteversion with CT of acetabular prosthesis anteversion,as well as low-dose radiograph of combined anteversion, and radiograph of combined anteversion with CT of combined anteversion. There was an excellent correlation(r>0.90)between low-dose radiograph with radiograph of femoral prosthesis anteversion,low-dose radiograph with radiograph of acetabular prosthesis anteversion,as well as low-dose radiograph with radiograph of combined anteversion.Conclusions:Low-dose radiography can be used to evaluate the position of prostheses after total hip arthroplasty and it is a reliable,low-radiation alternative to CT.Low-dose radiography testing, although not widely used in the clinic today,is worth promoting in the future. |
