Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Jiangtang Granule Combined With Auricular Point Pressing Beans In The Treatment Of Prediabetes With Spleen Deficiency And Damp-Heat Type

Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi-Jiangtang granule combined with ear acupoint bean-pressure on clinical symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipid,insulin resistance and other indicators in patients with pre-diabetes of spleen deficiency and damp heat,so as to provide a safe and effective treatment plan for early intervention of pre-diabetes,so as to better guide clinical practice.Methods:A total of 96 patients with pre-diabetes of spleen deficiency and dampness-heat type were randomly divided into three groups,32 cases in each group.The control group was given basic lifestyle intervention;The first group was treated with Jianpi-Jiangtang granules on the basis of lifestyle intervention.The patients in trial group 2 were treated with auricular bean pressure on the basis of the treatment in trial group 1,with4 weeks as a course of treatment and a total of 3 courses of observation.At the end of the treatment,the changes of metabolic indexes and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment and among the groups were compared.Result:(1)In terms of improving the clinical efficacy,the effective rate of the control group was 51.72%,the effective rate of the experimental group1 was 76.67%,and the effective rate of the experimental group 2 was 86.67%.There was a significant difference among the three groups(P<0.01).(2)In terms of improving TCM syndromes,the TCM syndrome scores of the three groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01).Among them,the effective rate of the control group was 65.52%,the effective rate of the test group 1 was 83.33%,and the effective rate of the test group 2 was90%,and the efficacy of the test group 1 and test group 2 was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(3)In terms of metabolic indicators,In terms of metabolic indicators,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FINS,HOMA-IR,ISI,body weight,BMI,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and UA were all improved after treatment in the three groups,and there were differences within the group(P<0.05).The improvement of FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,FINS,HOMA-IR and ISI in the experimental group 2 were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The improvement of 2h PG and LDL-C in the experimental group 1 was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The improvement of Hb A1 c and TC in the experimental group 1 was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effect of test group 2 was significantly better than that of test group 1 in improving Hb A1 c and HDL-C(P<0.01),and the effect of test group 2 was significantly better than that of test group 1in improving 2h PG,FINS,HOMA-IR and ISI(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body weight,BMI,TG and UA between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)In terms of safety indicators,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were normal in all groups,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion: Jianpi-Jiangtang granule combined with auricular acupoint bean-pressing is safe and reliable in clinical application.It has definite curative effect on improving the clinical symptoms,reducing blood glucose,regulating blood lipids,improving islet function,and improving the quality of life of patients with prediabetes of spleen deficiency and dampness heat.
