Effect And Efficacy Of Adjuvant Therapy With Tongluo Ningxin Formula On Heart Rate Shock In Patients With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Evidence Of Premature Ventricular Contractions After PCI

Objective: To observe the clinical intervention effect of the Chinese herbal formula Tongluo Ningxin on top of the conventional medication in patients with ventricular premature beats after PCI.Methods: A total of 66 patients with post-PCI ventricular premature contractions with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis were included in this study,and were divided into two groups by random number method: 33 patients in the treatment group and 33 patients in the control group.The control group received conventional western medicine,while the treatment group added Tongluo Ningxin Formula on top of the control group,and both groups received clinical observation for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,24-hour ambulatory electrocardiograms were performed,and changes in 24-hour premature ventricular beats,QT interval,corrected QTc interval,heart rate oscillation index,left ventricular ejection fraction,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficiency rate,and safety index were compared,and statistical analysis was conducted concludes.Results: By the case selection criteria,66 cases were included in this study,which lasted for 8 weeks.Excluding excluded and decompensated cases,61 patients were finally included in this trial to the final statistical analysis,30 in the treatment group and 31 in the control group.1.The differences in age and gender between the treatment and control groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.There was no statistically significant difference in the location of the offender’s blood vessels,the number of branches of the diseased vessels,and the relevant efficacy indexes before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment and they were comparable.3.After the completion of the 8-week clinical observation cycle,the total number of24-hour premature ventricular contractions in both groups was significantly reduced,with the reduction in the treatment group being more significant than that in the control group,indicating that the effect of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).4.The effective rate of ventricular premature beats was 73% in the treatment group and61% in the control group.the difference in the effective rate of ventricular premature beats between the two groups was not statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the effective rate of improving ventricular premature beats between the two groups.5.TO in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);TS in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that Tongluo Ningxin Formula combined with western medicine has more advantages than western medicine alone in improving heart rate shock.6.The left ventricular ejection fraction in both groups improved significantly compared with that before treatment,and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).7.There was no significant difference in QT interval and QTc interval between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),further study is needed.8.After treatment,the total score and each symptom score of the TCM Symptom Score Scale were significantly reduced in both groups,with a higher reduction in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).9.Comparing the efficacy of Chinese medicine symptoms between the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83% and the total effective rate of the control group was 64%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).10.In the course of this trial,the vital signs,and liver and kidney functions of the patients in both groups before and after treatment were within the safety range,and the differences were not statistically significant after testing(P>0.05),and no significant adverse events occurred in both groups,which were safe and reliable during clinical observation.Conclusion: The use of Tongluo Ningxin Fang combined with conventional western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and also promote the recovery of autonomic function of the body,which can effectively reduce the number of 24-hour premature ventricular beats in patients,improve the phenomenon of heart rate shock and Chinese medical evidence,improve the left ventricular ejection fraction,and have a better safety profile,and is worth promoting the use.
