Objective:A randomized controlled trial was conducted to explore the efficacy and safety of modified Yiguanjian combined with ear point pressing beans in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with anxiety state due to yin deficiency and liver depression, and to provide a new idea for the dialectical treatment of type 2 diabetes with anxiety state.Method:96 patients with type 2 diabetes and anxiety state who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected to be included in the study. They were divided into control group, test group 1 and test group 2 according to the random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. On the basis of proper exercise and diet intervention, the three groups of patients were treated with hypoglycemic and lipid-regulating measures. At the same time, the control group was given dropothiazid melitracen tablets(Deanxit)orally(0.5mg:10mg)/time,Qd),the test group 1 was given the addition and subtraction of Yijian decoction, and the test group 2 was given the addition and subtraction of Yijian decoction combined with ear point pressing bean treatment, for a total of 8 weeks. The changes of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score and TCM syndrome score of the three groups before and after treatment were compared,At the same time, evaluate the safety of treatment programs in each group.Result:1.After treatment, the HAMA of the patients in the three groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(all P<0.05),and the HAMA scores in the test group 1 and test group 2 were significantly different from those in the control group at the same time(all P<0.05).2.2.After treatment, the Glucose test#Fasting blood sugar and 2h postprandial blood glucose levels of the patients in the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the Glucose test#Fasting blood sugar and 2h postprandial blood glucose level of the test group 1 and test group 2 were on average better than those of the control group at the same period(all P<0.05),and the Glucose test#Fasting blood sugar and 2h postprandial blood glucose levels of the test group 2 were significantly better than those of the test group 1(all P<0.05).After treatment, the level of Glycated hemoglobin in the three groups was slightly lower than that before treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the comparison between the three groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.After treatment, the single integral and total integral of TCM symptoms in Test 1 and Test 2 were better than those in the control group at the same time(all P<0.05),and the total integral of TCM symptoms in Test 2 was significantly better than that in Test 1(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of treatment in test group 1 was 90.00%,the total effective rate of treatment in test group 2 was 93.99%,and the total effective rate of treatment in control group was 76.67%.The total effective rate of treatment in test group 1 and test group 2 was significantly better than that in control group(both P<0.05).5.After treatment, the scores of all dimensions and total scores of diabetes specific quality of life in test group 1 and test group 2 were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the scores of all dimensions and total scores in test group 2 were better than those in test group 1,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).6.There were no serious adverse reactions occurred in the three groups of patients, and no obvious abnormalities were found in there gorups before and after treatment, include blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, kidney function and ECG.Conclusion:1.Modified Yiguanjian decoction combined with auricular point pressing beans has a good effect on type 2 diabetes with anxiety, which can significantly improve the blood sugar level and anxiety state of patients.2.Modified Yiguanjian combined with ear point pressing bean can improve the treatment effect of type 2 diabetes with anxiety, improve the quality of life of patients, and has good treatment safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
