Objective: To investigate the Chinese medicine pattern of problematic meridians and associated viscera in patients with early NONFH according to an objective and standardized Chinese medicine test,to explore the relationship between meridians and viscera and the development of early NONFH,and to provide recommendations for the conservative management of clinical femoral head necrosis. Methods: With the help of a meridian detector, data on problem meridians, associated disease sites, and visceral identification data were collected from outpatients with early non-traumatic femoral head necrosis, and basic information such as gender, age and medical history was recorded. One hundred randomly selected patients from the same period were recorded for their TCM meridian and visceral information.Excel was used to create a data table of patient information and data analysis was performed with the Chinese version of SPSS 26.Results: A total of 90 cases in the early NONFH group and 100 cases in the healthy physical examination group were included. The main problem meridians of early non-traumatic femoral head necrosis patients were Sanjiao meridian, pericardial meridian and liver meridian, and the most closely associated internal organs were liver, kidney and lung, and the internal organs were mainly identified as liver depression and qi stagnation, kidney yin deficiency,Sanjiao damp heat and kidney yang deficiency, and the problem meridians and associated internal organs of early non-traumatic ONFH patients were not significantly associated with age, gender and etiology(P > 0.05),and the problem meridians and BMI was correlated with statistical significance(p < 0.05),the main problem meridian in the BMI < 24 group was Sanjiao meridian, and the main problem meridian in the BMI ≥ 24 group was Liver meridian, and there was a statistical difference in the sensing coefficient between different age groups(p < 0.05),in which the data in the youth group were significantly higher than those in the middle-aged and elderly groups, indicating that the organs and meridians in the youth group were hyperfunctional and prone to actual symptoms.Compared with the healthy physical examination group, the femoral head necrosis group had differences in the problem meridians, associated internal organs, etc. The differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05),and the sensing data were statistically significant(p < 0.05)in terms of left/right and conduction coefficients, indicating that the left and right side meridians of the femoral head necrosis group were unbalanced and the visceral meridians were hyperfunctional.Conclusion:1.Patients with femoral head necrosis and healthy examiners have differences in problematic meridians and diseased viscera. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, emphasis is placed on grasping the relationship between the meridians and the internal organs, and on the role of the Sanjiao fluid distribution and qi flow pathways.2.Evidence of early non-traumatic femoral head necrosis is dominated by evidence of liver depression and qi stagnation,kidney-yin deficiency, evidence of wet heat-smoke three-jiao and kidney-yang deficiency.3.The femoral head necrosis group shows bilateral meridian imbalance,so in clinical treatment we can start with the meridians and achieve treatment by treating the problematic meridians and adjusting the meridian balance.
