| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of early treatment of postoperative pain,knee flexion angle and comprehensive function recovery of knee joint with Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction in the treatment of avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament at tibial insertion.Methods: Treatment method: 60 patients who have been treated were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with arthroscopic surgery,and the routine treatment measures were the same in the two groups after surgery.The observation group was treated with Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction for 1 month(30 days)after operation.The VAS score of patients in each group was recorded before and 1 week and 1 month after operation;The flexion angle of knee joint was measured before and after operation for 1 month,3 months and 6 months;The Lysholm score of knee joint was recorded before and 3 and 6 months after operation;Observe and analyze the pain degree,knee flexion angle and knee function recovery of the two groups,and compare the results with IBM SPSS26.0.Results: All patients in the study were followed up for 6 months,and no adverse events occurred during the study.There was no significant difference in the basic information(gender,age,left and right,injury mode)of the two groups before operation(P>0.05).1.VAS pain score: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in VAS score before operation(P>0.05).The VAS score in the first week and one month after operation was significantly lower than that before operation,and the observation group was stronger than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);2.Knee flexion angle: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in knee joint angle before operation(P>0.05).The knee joint angle of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 1 month,3months and 6 months after operation,and the score in the observation group was stronger than that in the control group after 1 month and 3 months after operation was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);3.Lysholm score of knee joint: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in preoperative score(P>0.05),and the score at 3 and 6 months after operation was significantly higher than that before operation,and the observation group was stronger than the control group.The score at 3 months after operation was statistically significant(P;In terms of excellent and good rate,the excellent and good rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 6 months after operation,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The results of this experiment show that the surgical treatment of avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament at tibial insertion in the control group can play a therapeutic effect,and the early postoperative cooperation with Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction can more effectively relieve the pain,improve the flexion and extension angle of the knee joint,and strengthen the function of the knee joint,which has the clinical value of popularization. |
