| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Pingganxifeng recipe in patients with hypertension(Grade I)and dizziness due to hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods:(1)60 eligible clinical patients were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 patients in each group.(2)The control group only took western medicine,while the experimental group took Pingganxifeng recipe and western medicine at the same time.(3)Observe the blood pressure value,vertigo scale score(EEV)and TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment,and evaluate the curative effect.(4)The observation period of each group was 4 weeks,and the data were sorted out and statistically analyzed to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results :(1)Blood pressure: The systolic blood pressure of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.After treatment,the systolic blood pressure of the experimental group decreased from 153.50±4.26 mm Hg to 131.67±6.76 mm Hg,and the diastolic blood pressure decreased from 94.40±3.45 mm Hg to 79.73±6.77 mm Hg.Systolic blood pressure in the control group decreased from153.83±3.48 mm Hg to 141.57±9.62 mm Hg,and diastolic blood pressure decreased from 93.97±3.22 mm H to 86.80±5.38 mm Hg,indicating that the values of experimental groups were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates were 93.4% and 66.7% in the experimental group and the control group,respectively(P<0.05).(2)EEV score of vertigo:After treatment,the vertigo scores of the experimental group and the control group were decreased,which were 15.07±2.08 points and 14.87±2.27 points respectively before treatment,but after treatment,the score of 5.20±3.66 points of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(9.33±4.59 points)(P<0.05),indicating that the value of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effect is obvious.(3)TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndrome in both groups decreased,the experimental group decreased from 17.30±4.57 points to 8.00±4.79 points,and the control group decreased from 17.90±3.80 points to 11.53±5.18 points.The decreasing range of the experimental group was obviously better than the control group.After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group and control group was 93.3%(experimental group)and 63.4%(control group),respectively,P<0.05,indicating that traditional Chinese medicine can play an obvious role in improving clinical symptoms.(4)Single integral of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the main disease score of the experimental group decreased from 3.87±1.28 points to 1.13±1.63 points,the secondary disease score decreased from 9.13±2.75 points to 4.27±2.50 points,and the main disease score of the control group decreased from 4.33±1.18 points to2.60±1.83 points.The scores of secondary symptoms decreased from9.63±2.40 points to 6.27±2.79 points.Obviously,the scores of primary and secondary symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that compared with western medicine alone,the addition of Pingganxifeng recipe could improve the main clinical symptoms and accompanying symptoms of patients better.Tongue and pulse scores after treatment were 2.60±1.07 and 2.87±1.22,respectively,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)Comprehensive efficacy: the total effective rate of the experimental group was93.3%,while that of the control group was only 63.4%(P<0.05),indicating that Pingganxifeng recipe can significantly improve the comprehensive clinical efficacy of hypertension vertigo patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang.Conclusion: Compared with Western medicine alone for the treatment of hypertension(grade I)vertigo patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang,the addition of traditional Chinese medicine Pingganxifeng recipe has a better therapeutic effect.First of all,in terms of lowering blood pressure,Pingganxifeng recipe can also assist blood pressure to lower to a more ideal value on the basis of lowering blood pressure to the standard;The second is to improve the main clinical symptoms of vertigo,the effect of Pingganxifeng recipe is also very obvious;Moreover,the effect of Pingganxifeng recipe in relieving the accompanying symptoms or secondary symptoms is obvious,which is stronger than that of Western medicine alone,which improves the quality of life of patients.In conclusion,Pingganxifeng recipe combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension(grade I)vertigo patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang has obvious efficacy and is safe and reliable,and is worth promoting in clinic. |
