Clinical Observation Of Ningxin Shenqi Pill In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure(Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome) With Anxiety

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Ningxin Shenqi Pill on patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)with anxiety due to deficiency of heart and kidney yang,and analyze the influence of the prescription on the indexes of heart failure,TCM syndromes,clinical symptoms,anxiety scores and its safety and effectiveness,in order to provide a feasible idea for the treatment of chronic heart failure and anxiety with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 66 subjects were selected and included in strict accordance with the criteria,and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given general treatment and standard treatment of western medicine.On this basis,the test group was given Ningxin Shenqi pill(Mianjiang granule)oral treatment,which lasted for 4 weeks.Collect and record the general data of subjects,relevant disease indicators and routine examination results before and after treatment,and use software IBMSPSS26.0 for data analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of cardiac function grading(NYHA grading)improvement in the test group(83.9%)was better than that in the control group(70.0%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)level in the test group(60.23±7.89)was higher than that in the control group(58.90±4.88)after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and both were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).3.The level of NT-pro BNP in the test group(867.06±748.44)was lower than that in the control group(1122.00±319.49)after treatment.The difference between the two groups was significant and significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).4.After treatment the distance of subjects in the 6-minute walking test(6MWT)in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the distance in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.The TCM symptom score of the two groups was significantly reduced after treatment and the effect of the test group was better(P<0.05).The total effective rate of improvement of TCM symptom score in the test group(96.8%)was higher than that in the control group(80.0%)and the difference was significant(P<0.05).6.The score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The effect of the test group was more significant(P<0.05).7.The score of the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Questionnaire(MLHFQ)of patients in both groups can be effectively reduced after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement effect of the test group is significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms,cardiac function indicators and anxiety of the two groups were alleviated and the quality of life and prognosis were improved.But the efficacy of the test group was more significant.Therefore,Ningxin Shenqi Pill has a definite effect on the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure and anxiety due to deficiency of heart and kidney yang,which is better than that of western medicine alone.All routine examinations had no obvious abnormalities,and clinical application was safe and effective.
