Observation On The Clinical Effect Of BuShen Zhuangjin Decoction Combined With Arthroscopic Cleansing In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis(Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bu Shen Zhuangjin Decoction Combined with arthroscopic cleansing in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(deficiency of liver and kidney).Methods:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Orthopedic ward of Shandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 with complete data were screened.Excel was used to generate a set of serial number columns with sample content of 60 and copied into SPSS26.0.A random number generator was used to generate a corresponding set of random numbers(set a fixed starting point: 11111111),random =(RV.UNIFORM(0,1)),60 random numbers of 1-60 were generated by case rank,and the random sample cases were divided into two groups,namely the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients were numbered successively according to the time they entered the study and entered the corresponding group,and all underwent arthroscopic debridements of knee joint.The control group received oral cexoxib capsules after surgery,and the experimental group received oral Bushenzhuangjin decoction on the basis of the control group.The postoperative follow-up was conducted for 1 month.VAS score,Lysholm score and TCM syndrome efficacy evaluation were used to evaluate and analyze the efficacy of the patients before and after treatment.Results:1.VAS scores: No VAS scores from control group for 1 week(P>0.05);VAS scores at 2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(P <0.05);VAS scores from control group at 4 weeks before treatment(P <0.001).2.Lysholm Scores: lysholm scores in test group and control group were not significantly different after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05);Lysholm scores at,3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(P <0.05);Lysholm scores between test group and control group after 4 weeks before treatment(P <0.001).3.Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM symptoms:After 4 weeks of treatment,the score of the experimental group was significantly different from the control group(P<0.001),and after 4 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference between the scores of the two groups compared with that before treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion:1.Both the experimental group and the control group had significant effect on knee osteoarthritis.2.Compared with oral celecoxib capsules,the experimental group had more significant effects in relieving pain and improving knee joint function,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was also more prominent.
