Clinical Observation Of Shujin Huoluo Decoction In Improving The Function Of Medial Patellofemoral Ligament Reconstruction

Objective:Based on the treatment of recurrent patellar dislocation by medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction,the clinical efficacy of Shujin Huoluo Decoction in improving postoperative pain and functional rehabilitation was observed,and the clinical application value of Shujin Huoluo decoction in postoperative functional rehabilitation was discussed.Methods: Sixty patients with recurrent patellar dislocation admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The surgical methods were arthroscopically assisted reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament of the knee joint.The observation group and the control group were treated with the same routine treatment and the same general rehabilitation exercise.The observation group was treated with Shujin Huoluo decoction for 4 weeks after operation.visual analogue scales(VAS)were used to measure pain before surgery,1 day after surgery,1 week after surgery and1 month after surgery.Lysholm score of knee function and Kujala score of patellofemoral joint were recorded before surgery,1 month after surgery and3 months after surgery.Knee flexion was measured 1 month,2 months and 3 months after surgery.The observations were analyzed using IBMSPSS26.0.Results: There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P > 0.05).1.In terms of VAS pain score,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and 1 day after surgery(P > 0.05);The VAS pain scores of the two groups were significantly reduced1 week and 1 month after surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in preoperative Kujala score and knee function Lysholm score(P > 0.05).The Kujala score and knee function Lysholm score of the two groups were gradually increased 1 month and 3 months after surgery,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant after statistical analysis(P < 0.05).Postoperative knee joint motion in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Shujin Huoluo Decoction has a good effect on improving knee function after medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction.It can effectively reduce postoperative pain of patients and promote functional rehabilitation of knee joint and patellofemoral joint.It is worth further research and promotion in clinical treatment of bone injury diseases and functional rehabilitation.
